A lot of people have difficulty driving these trails in an off-road rig. Then here comes Rory pulling a trailer with a rig on it like its not even there😂 Props to all the Moab Motorsports guys, you make a great team.
Pritchett canyon looks like a real money maker for all the mechanics in the area. Good job guys getting in and out of there without breaking stuff looks like a feat in itself. Especially pulling a trailer.
I truly can't believe Rory was a little nervous descending Down and Dirty, I mean, there was still 3 wheels on the ground even though 95% of Trailmater weight and 70% of the trailer weight was on the right-front wheel. And to see the side-winch used for more than pulling Trailmater/Diamond-Bill Rocker-Pecker eggs was awesome. Rory, you are THE true Moab Off-Road MASTER 👍
The side by sides are huge considering a samurai fits the trailer! Don't be trashy idiots, respect our lands😊 Thanks gentleman you definitely bring cheer to the day💚❣️
I'm still amazed how you can pull a loaded trailer out of an impossible trail. Expert driving and as usual great filming. Beautiful country and fantastic skill in getting job done. Keep up the great work!
Back in the day (1980"s) we used to trail ride all over in the Sonoran Desert area and it wasn't a issue. Then a bunch of idiots started going out there and tearing up the land. Now it's closed off to everyone. My kids and their kids will never haxe those memories and it's really sad. All because of idiots.😢
Thanks for not editing out some of the moments where things got sketchy and took more than a single "bump" to overcome some of the terrain. The fact a clutch can last you 2yrs+ is mind boggling after seeing what Trailmater is put through at times (skilled operators!). Terrific recovery & team work!
I give my heartfelt thanks to Rory and friends for teaching me how to use open differentials when stuck. I went from zero to hero after unintentionally backing my Camry into a culvert in front of my wife, adult daughter and some of her coworkers. With a rear wheel a foot in the air and people screaming and gasping, I realized I'd made a big mistake. I became "Rory" and didn't dig my one spinning wheel very far into the sand. I braked hard, loaded the torque converter with some engine RPM and slowly released the brakes. The car popped right out with the one wheel in the air. In that instant, I went from "What an Idiot" to "That save was impressive" .
I for one really appreciate the finesse you have on the trail, not just dropping the hammer on TrailMater and tearing up the trail. And thanks for calling out the arse on the motorcycle for going off the trail. That sort of crap is how we lose the privilege of riding the trails
The ingenuity and ruggedness of your trailer build really showed it prowess on that recovery. Trail mater got a workout also, but we already know how strong the truck is and of course Rory's skill is always top notch. Then add in a 'public service announcement' to thoughtless off roaders, "don't be an idiot!"
Wow that descent at 2:15 🤥 I would have been shocked if you weren't "a little nervous" Rory 🙂 and that bone crushing rig smashing trail 🙃 at least the RZR roll cage did what it was designed to do 🙂 and I have made a mental note to watch out for Diamond Bill Rock Pecker turds on the trail 😂🤣😂 Amazing winching... and those BFG's are truly torture tested again 🙂 Looks like Willie E might need some new sneakers soon too 😂 Rory and TrailMater go places most cannot even consider... and then they do it towing a SBS and the trailer in tow just to make it more difficult... another AMAZING Recovery 🙂 Thanks for Sharing
Nice recovery. You guys earned your paycheck on this one. TrailMater definitely earned her keep. It doesn't matter where you are, you need to respect the marked trails & stay on them. Don't screw it up for everyone else. Thanks for sharing.
I've loved watching your videos since the very first time I found your channel. I have 20 years in construction and have always enjoyed rigging and moving heavy things with equipment as well as 4 wheeling. However, my experience 4 wheeling is in the woods, fields and mud. Your channel drew my wife and I to Moab to meet you. We rented a Jeep and went wheeling. I have a whole new appreciation for what you do after having been there and we only did the easy stuff compared to this video. I also now take it far more personal seeing any part of that land scape destroyed by disrespectful people. There is no reason to go off the trail. NONE!
I agree! I subscribed about 4 years ago, Trailmater is the ONLY one I subscribe to in Utah (edit), plus Dirtbilly Deluxe and The Mike and Shawn Show and thanks to Rory for mentioning at 24 Hell and Back 2024 about The Peck Brothers, The ONLY one I subscribe to in Idaho.
For the Moab, Utah area. I-40 between the New Mexico State line and the California state line go watch Murphy's Diesel, then go watch the most impressive in Los Angles called Pepe's Towing Services, click on videos and go check out what the term they use called "Car Fishing". CHP calls Pepe's first because they are the fastest recovery at getting those crazy Los Angeles freeways opened back up. Loaded tractor-trailers laid over. The only recoveries they do not post on You Tube is the Fatal recoveries. They also do not turn down any jobs.
Great recovery Rory, Mike and Shawn. Side by sides were never meant to rock crawl. However, create business opportunities... Beutiful scenery never gets tiring...thx guys.
My wife taught me how to single-crichet with my fingers. I use a single crochet to secure extra length on straps. Works like a charm. Stays put. Releases with a single pull.
Wat I admire about this ceew is 0 fluff, additives, and preservatives. When keeping it real goes right. I'm sure as rhis channel continues to grow the crew will still be their same zany selves creating a smile or laugh where ever they go.
Oh wow Pritchett Canyon is a real tough place to haul a Polaris out of on a trailer! Man what a trip. It's a good thing Shawn brought Wile E along to help out because she definitely helped out Mater on this one! Diamond Billed rock pecker poop! Love it! Good video as always!
I am amazed how you do this types of recoverys so smoothly and easily looking . An amazing team job and knowledge that i think is hard to bet for any one else but you guys . 👍
Whether it's talking about picking up trash, or staying on the trail, I always love and appreciate how much care you show for nature and trying to preserve it for everyone to enjoy. Thank you!!
Shout-out to the tire & wheel manufacturers. I am continually amazed at the abuse put on the tires & wheels by the rocks & steps. That's a huge amount of weight at very low tire pressures. Seeing those tires flex and fold, and keep on rockin' is remarkable. And, of course, Rory & the boys are great too!
Every time I see trail mater work like this I’m impressed how well designed, built, and capable this wrecker is. The landscape is beautiful but unforgiving.
Rory is a rock climbing technician and one with his trailmator and equipment, he knew he was on the edge of breaking something, but got more horsepower and torque with Shawn's vehicle helping, just don't let him play in the water, that's his Kryptonite, lol
And hear it live. The Go Pro cameras just can't show or record real Reality. Justin does a great job editing. He has improved immensely since his first video working for Trailmater.
Keeping the area surrounding the trails pristine is so important. I recently did the Needles Area Colorado River Overlook trail and everything around the trail looked like a movie set for Star Trek. It was perfection. No tracks, no erosion, no trash. I felt like I was on safari or something, it was that awesome.
Awesome driving and teamwork. Good job calling out the dirt biker. If you notice it, so does BLM and with enough of these they will do what's needed to protect the land or give into those who do not support ORV uses. Keep the trails open!
Thank You Rory. I pay a small fortune for cable internet. You Tube won't let me watch your videos unless I turn off my Add-Blocker. Then I have to watch stupid games that I will never play, or commecials for items I will never buy. Thank you for not pushing liquid grass drinks or TV dinners / meals on wheels ECT. Thank You for being real, entertaining, fun to watch, and not being sold out.
Big D , Moabbs heavy duty off road wrecker definitely has come a long way. He unloads a side by side like nothing and still wants to make a recovery with Trail Madder. I can't believe the places you take your trucks for recoveries. With the whole crew there's not much you guys can't figure out and get back safely. Awesome job again guys.
Rory is the undisputed master of trail recovery!
No one in there rite mind could ever dispute it !
Rory is king of off Road recovery😊
His left leg must look like popeyes' arms. :)
Without a doubt!
@@calholliWhen negotiating obstacles, you use the brake almost as much as the gas pedal...
"Don't be an idiot, idiot" Great life advice from the Trail Mater crew!
It is idiots like him that encourage others to try to shut down trails.
Rory’s driving skills are off the charts. Towing through some of that stuff is truly amazing. Hats off
With a manual/clutch!
What an amazing team, a well oiled mechanism, a clockwork!.
A lot of people have difficulty driving these trails in an off-road rig. Then here comes Rory pulling a trailer with a rig on it like its not even there😂 Props to all the Moab Motorsports guys, you make a great team.
14:00 Thanks for calling out the idiot. Too many people say "Oh, that's just someone having fun." Not following the rules is what gets places closed.
And his riding buddies that didn't say anything to change his mind
By this logic, nobody should be able to ride anywhere. Those trails are just a path somebody tried to climb or drive through.
You're a hell of a driver, Rory 😮 impressive. Just your truck alone on that trail, let alone loaded trailer 👏
🤦♂️
Rory is Trailmater...Trailmater is Rory...they are one!
The fluidity You guys do recoveries is awe-inspiring.
🤦♂️
Pritchett canyon looks like a real money maker for all the mechanics in the area. Good job guys getting in and out of there without breaking stuff looks like a feat in itself. Especially pulling a trailer.

Rory - good on ya lad for calling the idiots on bikes!!!
The side by sides are huge considering a samurai fits the trailer! Don't be trashy idiots, respect our lands😊 Thanks gentleman you definitely bring cheer to the day💚❣️
I mean, Mike and Shaun can drive, and they can drive trail mater. But Rory and trail mater are one... it's amazing!
Appreciate you always advocating for trash pickup and marked trail respect.
I'm still amazed how you can pull a loaded trailer out of an impossible trail. Expert driving and as usual great filming. Beautiful country and fantastic skill in getting job done. Keep up the great work!
Holy Crap..that was some crazy stuff. I can breathe now. Hope for a fast recovery for you voice Mr. Roy.
Nicely done e Trail Mater team! Keep calling out the idiots driving off trails
That shovel trick putting it on the trailer was genius.
Back in the day (1980"s) we used to trail ride all over in the Sonoran Desert area and it wasn't a issue. Then a bunch of idiots started going out there and tearing up the land. Watching Rory and trail mater doin their thing. Never gets old👍💯
getting video, hauling out, rock climbing, no commercials ... SWEEET! So enjoyable to watch
I give my heartfelt thanks to Rory and friends for teaching me how to use open differentials when stuck. Always amazing watching the crew pick and pull rigs through this stuff.
I for one really appreciate the finesse you have on the trail, not just dropping the hammer on TrailMater and tearing up the trail. And thanks for calling out the arse on the motorcycle for going off the trail. That sort of crap is how we lose the privilege of riding the trails
You guys just made this recovery look easy. Hats off to the three of you.
It's actually the 4 of them. Justin takes a 3 hour job and makes a 20 minute video out of it. Justin also has to edit out the expletive words.
The ingenuity and ruggedness of your trailer build really showed it prowess on that recovery. Trail mater got a workout also, but we already know how strong the truck is and of course Rory's skill is always top notch.
Then add in a 'public service announcement' to thoughtless off roaders, "don't be an idiot!"
i hope your voice recovers Rory. Excellent video guys.
Mike is the trail mater encourager:); the patience and trust of the team's skill set is incredible.
The only tow truck that does buggy lines 😮😎❤️
Suspension shots, dust puffing outta rocks, great job again!
I watch these videos week after week and I’m always amazed what you do with your equipment! That truck is a BEAST! Thanks for sharing!
That was high on the technical scale. Nice work guys!
Don't be an idiot! Words to live by when four-wheeling in Moab. Great video. Thanks

Rorys ability to read and pick a line is amazing.

Another day at the office I freaking love it
Rory this has become my #1 favorite channel to see a new video from! Keep doing exactly what you’re doing and thank you.
That is some impressive wheeling. Trail Mater is like an extension of Rory. He is not driving that, he is at one with it.
I think that trailmater is the best commercial ever for Milwaukee Packout tool boxes.
Still the best recovery channel on YT.

Matt’s off-road recovery so much better
No one better at this than your whole crew. You, Mike, Shawn and Justin could give a class on how to run a channel!
Yeah man, watching Rory operate that rig is a sight to behold ( especially with a trailer ). Nerves of steel!!!!
Well done gentlemen.
Something about the creaks and groans and the exhaust of trail mater is so relaxing. Another good one boys
Great recovery Rory, Mike and Shawn.
Side by sides were never meant to rock crawl. However, create business opportunities...
Beutiful scenery never gets tiring...thx guys.
It's amazing how easy you make driving that rough terrain. You make your job look easy. Even though I know it's not. Great work
My wife taught me how to single-crichet with my fingers. I use a single crochet to secure extra length on straps. Works like a charm. Stays put. Releases with a single pull.
Great work. I am always amazed how low down that motor pulls through the obstacles virtually on idle with just a sniff now and again.
Wat I admire about this ceew is 0 fluff, additives, and preservatives. When keeping it real goes right. I'm sure as rhis channel continues to grow the crew will still be their same zany selves creating a smile or laugh where ever they go.
That wrecker is like a damn Billie goat. Amazing!
Thank you! for another great sounding rock in roll video, from the three man recovery dudes straight outta Moab.
I am amazed how you do this types of recoverys so smoothly and easily looking . An amazing team job and knowledge that i think is hard to bet for any one else but you guys . 👍
Love that front dig!😊
It was actually needed……😂
I can taste the dust just watching the screen!! Insane skills Mr Rory, king of Moab🤣🤣
Rory's three pedal fitness absolutely amazes me😳👍"⭐"
Every time I see Trail Mater it makes me happy!
Love your videos.
Hello Rory , Mike and Shawn!
Whether it's talking about picking up trash, or staying on the trail, I always love and appreciate how much care you show for nature and trying to preserve it for everyone to enjoy. Thank you!!
So much fun to watch you guys roaming the real live Wile E. Coyote land picking up the crunched vehicle debris.
Great job as always. Looks Like Its Almost time for Wile E to get new Sneakers.🤪😜
Absolutely fantastic footage of Trailmater doing what Trailmater does!
Love the brilliant sky against the deep red rocks at 2:12.
I love those tire scenes as your driving.
Love those front wheel digs. Woo Hoo
Trail Mater Rock and Rolled Boss, amazing recovery guys.
He makers the way,
The Lord Bless You and Yours.
Every time I see trail mater work like this I’m impressed how well designed, built, and capable this wrecker is. The landscape is beautiful but unforgiving.
You never disappoint
12:33 the little lizard darting between Wile E and Trail Mater. 😂
Without a doubt, the Master and his crew, Great Job Rory !!!!
12:18 boy look at that #TrailMeterRope coming in clutch for the save
Man that was gnarly stuff. Top work Rory getting that out. You’ve got yourselves a good team there for sure.
The side winch shuffle was impressive...the master Rory at it again 👍👍👍
17:07 mikes there it is is is and Shaun's winter arms make an appearance! Good trip guys
Rory is a rock climbing technician and one with his trailmator and equipment, he knew he was on the edge of breaking something, but got more horsepower and torque with Shawn's vehicle helping, just don't let him play in the water, that's his Kryptonite, lol
Every dang video I watch with Rory is friggen amazing. I would love to be able to see this live.
And hear it live. The Go Pro cameras just can't show or record real Reality. Justin does a great job editing. He has improved immensely since his first video working for Trailmater.
Greetings from South Africa!!
Rory...you are the real deal!
I just love watching Trail Mater do what it does, and that means Rory as well. The man and the truck!!!
I am impressed that your rigs hold up as well as they do with the way you work them in that rough terrain.
Trail mater...awesome .
Thank you Rory and crew for the adventure !
Trailmater is one of most capable rigs I've ever seen, add Roryband Sean, combo can't be beat!
Man that porch trailer, yours takes a beating.
Wow!!! What a recovery. You guys are hands down a Bad ass recovery crew!!
Another successful recovery my the trail mater boys. Always make it look so smooth!
1 minute in, and I'm already impressed by how easily Trail Mater just climbed that wall.
Also, you're almost out of blinker fluid by the looks of it 😁
Dang it, that’s a tiny, rough trail…. Wow, respect to Rorry and team…
Awesome driving and teamwork. Good job calling out the dirt biker. If you notice it, so does BLM and with enough of these they will do what's needed to protect the land or give into those who do not support ORV uses. Keep the trails open!
great job you guys as usual, be great to see vid of the roll
That big block sounds so cool. It's like, I got this.
Bone jarring. Nothing about that looks like fun.
That is some amazing clutch and throttle control.
Love watching the trailer caress those rocks! You guys and your equipment work together like a swiss watch. Thank you for sharing! Aloha.
Amazing 1)driver, 2)machine, 3)team
Thank You Rory. I pay a small fortune for cable internet. You Tube won't let me watch your videos unless I turn off my Add-Blocker. Thank You for being real, entertaining, fun to watch, and not being sold out.
oooooh, I like it. A winch-assisted, "totally unnecessary" rear wheel dig. Nicely done! ! !
