Hi Kirill, we have a few machines in Italy already. We also assist customer in Italy with their purchases. The only difference really is that you get to speak to someone in your time zone if you work with us. We can also offer installation and training if costs are covered. Training can also be remote.
Was any progress made on making a heidenhain version of the machine?
Not from the factory. It's something that is definitely in my mind though. Especially the X11

Hi, the ISO spec is VERY loose. like 0.01mm/300 on everything. The SYIL machines are more like 0.005 or better.
