The irony is the nose was absolutely great to begin with. So she got back to where she started but went through so much pain physically and mentally. I hope she is comfortable and at a peaceful place now.

The last two plastic surgeons who botched her shouldn't even be performing plastic surgery. What they did to her was criminal!
Still, it makes me wonder why she thought her nose of all things was what made her look masculine. She already looked very feminine even with her natural nose. Like another commenter said, it was probably her height that made people ask.

I love when they show the no makeup pics. I give the guests respect for being willing to show themselves without makeup...esp a lot of these 'plastic surgery' ppl. A lot of less vane people wouldn't do that.

If you are breathing ok I wouldn't do it. Anesthesia at your age is too dangerous. You've been so strong all of these years and survived any looks or mean words. Your family,friends,God, love you as you are. Nobody should change what God created. In your case it would be done for difficulty breathing. My head and neck surgeon wanted to fix my deviated septum and blocked sinus from a broken nose done in 2004. I just said no in 2019. I can't breath, my sinuses won't drain through my nose. But I'm close to 60 with lupus and it has attacked my lungs. I did have surgeries on my stomach around that time but they were quick & I did have complications. So I'll breathe through my mouth like I have for 20 years,talk with a nasal sound,lost the ability to sing, but not risking anesthesia.
It is not too late, seniors frequently have surgeries.
Girl, you weren't getting questioned because of your nose, its because youre like 6'4, people would question any woman who is that tall, its just unusual so it gets peoples interest and curiosity, it was never your womanliness in question.
You can see that from an outsider's perspective, but a person already struggling with body dysmorphia will grasp any straw to feel better. I'm just glad she now has come to a much better place with herself and gets that no one is perfect.

She has soft features she could pass as a woman even before she did any facial surgeries. She's so lucky that things turned for the better. What her previous doctor did, going against patient instructions and using an implant is medically unethical.
The noze was perfect naturally. Still looked great after 2 surgeries. It wasnt the nose that caused people to approach her and say remarks about being trans. Surgeries will never fix that. Either ignore them or go to clubs that are more exclusive to LGBTQ

It's so sad that people bullied her into such a tough decision, especially since you can tell from the photos that she passed since before she even had any nose jobs done! 😔 I'm so happy this worked out for her!

She was a cutie pie in the picture. Why she ever thought she needed to s=change her nose is beyond me. Her nose is shaped much like my nose and I never questioned if it was a feminine or not. But, one's perception of their appearance is subjective.
At the 1st time his nose was perfect! Its really sad! I wish her the best life and accept her self has she is after this last surgerie.

Dam...7 nose jobs yikes. I had one nose jobvrecenly 25yrs after my car accident and had a small area of Necrosis because they left the cast on for over 2 weeks which left my nose not Symmetrical...like hell I'm getting the necrosis fixed. I heal slowly in the Original surgery. Most painful recovery
You should make yourself feel like "that woman" inside, honey, if you need other people to re-affirm for you who you think you are, you've gone down the wrong road. Never seek affirmation and validation in the eyes of other people.

I knew he was a guy the instant I saw him. The nose was perfect after the first surgery. People not accepting him as a woman had nothing to do with his nose. It was because he’s not a woman!
And the doctor said the dexiscan measured body fat. Ummm.. no it measures bone density.
Between that and them pretending their patient is a female, I find these guys alarming as physicians.
