Funny how it's not explained how an Irishman (Seamus McBundy) ended up in England. Travelling wasn't exactly something that the plebs could do, unless it was on a prison ship ... or unless they joined the army. 😂😀
I thought it wouldn't be too uncommon for an Irishman to have a job in England back then, especially if it was skilled labor and something in demand like a smithy.
Now I completely understood how Al Bundy’s feet smelled the way death did. It was all part of the curse by the witch! Seamus Bundy should have listened to the witch’s warnings so Al Bundy’s feet didn’t smell like death😂

It’s simple Bundynomics. Al Bundy is needed today more than ever.

Sorta like that one Simpsons episode (Lisa becoming dumb) where all male Simpsons will be losers.

I know it's part of the joke, but a 17th century blacksmith was held in MUCH higher regard than a 20th century woman's shoe salesman.

Imagine if there was a crossover between Blackadder and Al Bundy. That would be the greatest show ever made.
Like in "A Million Ways to Die in The Old West" with Doc from "Back to The Future". That was hilarious.

Seamus McBundy, never let fat women get one over him, he could always dish it back, just like his descendant, Al Bundy.
facts
One problem; when the massive majority of the people was poor snd starving, being fat was a sign of opulence and being called fat was a kompliment.
Except Seamus McBundy knew how to use this fact to get under people’s several layers of skin, which is probably why he was hated.
