- I noticed that this clip isn't uploaded (it was in the past by someone) so i decided to upload it. Enjoy friends!
From Nat King Cole Show
Sorry for the quality but that's all i have.
MY FIRST HEARING OF THIS...BY...THE ONLY BROS MILL!! LUCKY ME AT 83...
These guys lived on my street in Piqua, Ohio and sang with my Gramps @ the barbershop until they moved to Dayton and on.....how cool are they?
Lol I watched that video to they are great
The Mills Brothers were nearly as good in the Late 50's as they were in the late 30's. I'd like to see any current 'artists' last that long and still be as 'good' when they started. Great song thanks for the upload.
an echo of a great musical time
I recorded a version of this yesterday and sent it to donalds son john who put me in contact with Wendy poo white. She was very pleased to hear it again. I'm chuffed.
She's a friend of mine. Very nice lady.
Sorry folks: outside of satellite/internet radio (not to mention the Nat King Cole clip), this song will remain a rarity--unless it is remixed by some DJ upon its discovery.
....and probably remixed with a hip-hop backing, to boot!
oh boy why did you upscale in such a way , ? you spoiled the video !
Wendy, you wrote that song when you were 4, WOW!
@MBM1117727 I agree and it was sad to see Harry Mills at the end when he had lost his sight. I was lucky to see Donald Mills when he toured with his son in the 90s. His voice was still pure.

These men are First Class entertainers!
And deserved to be honored as such in their memory, as well their families and generations to follow for their artistic rights and endeavors. Bless them in their talents and for uplifting so many hearts. 💖🌟🌟🌟🌟🙏
Any idea what year they released this song? Was that 1957 as well? I've got a compilation album of really old Xmas songs, but without the release dates. This song is on it. I've been searching on Wikipedia and other sites to try find out the release dates of the songs on that album.
Check out my version. Cheers. Merry xmass.
Love this song.
Author, Author, that's really a great little song. The residuals must be in the millions by now, right?
So great! Thank you...
