I saw a bright golden light during this, im new to meditation so i dont know exactly what this means, can anyone tell me? it was so beautiful, it kind of swirled around and it took up my whole vision while my eyes were closed, for a second i got scared and thought maybe my house is burning down from my candle but i let it keep going and after maybe a minute, it faded away. (it wasnt my candle cause i opened one of my eyes during it for a second and the candle light was still small) also it wasnt happening during the part in the meditation where the light goes through me, it happened before. can anyone tell me what this means? and thank you sooo much Lisa and Archangel Michael this really made me feel like so much negativity was lifted from me, literally when i think of memories that caused me pain to think about, it really doesnt bother me anymore! i am so grateful for this, thank you so much ❤️ what a beautiful expirience

I was told I should do this, it helped me a lot I felt so calm for a long time. After a day I still feel much better but I am feeling some backsteps, the negative is comeing back. Can I do this same again or should I try something else. Have bee fighting whit my feelings for over 20 years and this was the first time I felt realy calm for a while, please help.
Yes. :) You can do it as often as you feel it is needed and ask the angels to maybe help you find some help, resources or guidance. :)

I got really scared . I do meditate but it’s the first time I got scared. Can anyone explain why?
Feeling and hearing new things when your intuition is starting to open up can be a bit scary. That's why I always recommend working solely with Archangel Michael on the beginning. He has a very protective and safe, fatherly, brother energy. He'll take care of you
