So glad to hear you made it in you liked it Charlly! Thank you so much for commenting and letting me know. Next time you make it please share a photo on my blog, I would love to see your granola!
I store mine in a glass jar that is air tight in my pantry for about a month. However when I make a really large batch and I want it to last longer I keep my jar in the fridge. Hope this helps.
@@Livinghealthywithchocolate I just made it. This will be my family's regular granola I'm pretty sure, it is sooooo good. It smells so delicious. I had to leave them in the oven for an additional 10 minutes because they still were a bit soft to the touch. The banana base is simply genius 😋😋👌👌
@@Livinghealthywithchocolate Forgot to add, grinding the nuts in the food processor was a great idea. I had only had one cup of cashews, so I replaced them with a cup of almonds, tastes delicious regardless.
Vanilla powder is essentially dried vanilla been seeds which are much more flavorful. You can substitute it for vanilla extract but you'll need to add a little more. Or you can use the seeds of a vanilla been.
Do you have any other suggestion besides a banana? My sister has a latex allergy. She can’t consume bananas at all. Same question for your açaí recipe. Thank you. It looks so yummy 😋
In place of the banana in this recipe you could use applesauce. And in the açai recipe I would just leave the banana out. I often make it without banana and he works great.
Hi Pennie, I usually order it online here: amzn.to/2wyMfC7 You can use the seeds of a dried vanilla bean instead, or vanilla extract. The extract is not as flavorful, so add double the amount.
Hi Talk about an, thanks for the suggestion! I may do a video on it soon :) The acai recipe is really simple to make and the recipe is here livinghealthywithchocolate.com/desserts/brazilian-acai-bowl-recipe-1028/

Is it recommended to put in the frig after making?

Can we omit the coconut oil so it is oil free?
Yes sure, but coconut oil is so good for you!
Can I eat this like a cereal? 😋
Yes 😉
hellow!! i love your channel. I Wonder to know if I can replase the banana from something else
Hi Luz, apple sauce would be a good substitute for the bananas.
Vanilla powder? Could I use extract instead?
Vanilla powder is essentially dried vanilla been seeds which are much more flavorful. You can substitute it for vanilla extract but you'll need to add a little more. Or you can use the seeds of a vanilla been.

Living Healthy With Chocolate thank you so much. Will do
Can butter be used instead of coconut oil?
Yes, absolutely! Butter would be amazing in this recipe!
Is it ok if I don’t put a alluminium foil while baking
Yes, but keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn during baking.
What kind of diet are you following?
Thank you
No diet. Just eat real foods and avoid all processed foods, refined sugar and oils, and grains.
I have more info on my blog at livinghealthywithchocolate.com
I can’t find vanilla powder at my health food store. Can I substitute it? Thx

How much Honey could i use instead of the coconut sugar? The same amount?
The same amount would work, but since honey is sweeter than coconut sugar you may want to add less depending on how sweet you want your granola.
Hey can you make the acai bowl recipe pls :)

Haw long I can reserve this granola?pleas
It will keep for many months if you store it in an airtight container, at room temp. or in the fridge.
Can I eat it without baking it? I feel as of baking it will ruin the nutritionals...
Yes you can eat it without baking. You could bake it also at very low temperature for longer if you like. The nutrients won't be ruined.
Can I do this on stove?
I think it will also work on the stove but be sure to constantly stir it.
How can I make this oil free?
it should be fine to omit the coconut oil in this recipe.
Melted coconut oil? Thought it was no oil recipe...
No where in this recipe it says "no oil".
When there's still so much sugar, what's the point
Lu Tze this recipe has way less sugar then regular granola, only 1/3 cup of coconut sugar for the entire batch. Either way you can make it without it.
