Appreciate your advice there are times when we have to reorganize and disappear. No social media, be productive and meditate and decide what's important to you. Sometimes in life we have to take a step back to move forward. Work hard in silence. Hope this helps

I did that unexpectedly in 2021. I got in the best shape of my life at the age of 33 years young. 😊 Before I did that. I did not have a direction. Since then, theirs i still have challenges, but life is so much better. I've incorporated sooo many great habits. Thank you unk.

I went monk mode for 3 months in south east asia I was a bit lost in life not married no kids educated etc turning 40 was the best thing I ever did. Most certainly recommend it, I would do it for longer next time 6 months would be ideal for sure 🔥🔥🔥🔥
have been officially monk for some months now, rearrangend my investments, now investing much more than in the past with extreme frugality. not gonna stop after 6 months tho, i intend on keeping it up for years till im the richest person my family tree has ever seen.

Thanks. Depends on your age, how much other money you have, do u have an emergency fund, do you have debt, etc etc. Lots of factors.
