Hi to all of you, it's great to be on your Chanel again in 2024.
I found my way to you guys a year ago and enjoyed all the racing on MotoAmerica Chanel. From the top classes to the nutty monsters going sideways... to me, it is all joy being a Biker myself and a Motorsports lover.
I am a born swiss but left my homeground many years ago as a youngster.
I found my life in the south of Africa again in '82, where i settled for good.
Riding bikes all my life and following Bike Racing from very early in my life, I had the joy of watching many riders come and go.
From names like Spencer, Schwanz, Mamola, Rainey, Gardner, Dohan Hopkins, #3 Biaggi, Cadalora, #46 Rossi the list is so very long.
But the reason for my lines here come down to the one and only #69.
Yes, we all remember Nikky Hayden well.
First time I joined this channel, and listened to the commentary I got goosebumps.
I clearly was taken years back in time. I was sure to hear the voice of Nikky.
My heart missed a beat for sure, I struggled to catch up with a surreal situation.
What a pleasure to hear the voice of one of my favorite riders in the paddock.
To find his brother sounding so alike and looking like a twin to Nikky is fantastic.
I was addicted to this Chanel from the first moment I heard that voice
The pleasure is all mine, I am present at all races in America, not only for the
awesome racing and entertainment, but it brings so many memories of Nikky to my mind.
Thanks to all of you in this team to make this possible.
To Roger Hayden, you are keeping your Brothers legacy alive for sure.
My regards to you and your family.

Good to see the live coverage again. Good to see Troy doing well, he's worked hard year in year out for sure. I was speaking to him at a track day years ago, I didn't realise he was supermoto champ at the time, just a regular guy on a track day.
Looked like a nasty crash if it knocks the cushing around that much, I hope the riders are alright.

Yes, very poor job of broadcasting the race. No information about the riders that went down, or their condition. And why did she tell us they might not have footage of the crash, and “not sure they would show it to us anyway”. When did this crap start? And she doesn’t understand the concept of a warm up lap. Roger had to tell it wasn’t the restart.

Been there. The infield is the best place to watch the bikes. Most people go to Bike week just to party.

Frankly, if any of these guy fell on your Head, you wouldn't know who the F they are, but it would be more interesting to see what Bike manufacturer they are riding )))))))
Ikr. They made a big deal about the number of manufacturers in this series but never told what each rider was on when they gave the grid. Plus they didn't even have face shots for a handful of riders. SMH

Racing is all about out selling “The Motorcycle”, not Highlight some unknown Rider no one ever heard of.
That job was for Valentino Rossi, where frankly, you didn’t care what he was riding, you just wanted him to WIN. 🏆
So Indian hired an Australian Superbike Pro to beat Harley. No surprise there. If Herfoss doesn't deliver I'm sure a MotoGP rider will be next. Cost be damned.
Don't the Harleys and Indians have a bunch more displacement than the other liquid cooled bikes? 1250 for Harley, 1200 for Indian, vs. 900 for Yamaha, KTM, and Ducati?
