Update I did this today and boy 8 don't see how you did it with the heavy weights!!!!! I had to slow down with the heavy ones I couldn't do as many reps, it was definitely challenging and I loved it!
Wow the single arm part was really challenging, especially on my weaker side. I really enjoyed it and I think that I will definitely feel it tomorrow! 🤣 Thanks Linda! ❤
Linda do you think it’s ok to do weighted upper and weighted lower on the same day or do you think it’s too much. I’m thinking about doing that tomorrow since I’m too tired to do a workout today. I mean I need to rest today.
I love when you do these exercises with differentsize weights but is it possible to do these videos with like 30 reps instead of 50 or 100. This is brutal, I love it but its brutal. Please do videos with a little less reps.
Haha...that was tiresome in a good way... Even though i own only one pair of 2.5 kg dumbbells... Did the whole WO with it 😁 need to a heavier and lighter pair now!

Yes, it's fine. I mean the Stamina 50 series is quite advanced, but a lot of people do total body weighted sessions in one day.

this one is specifically a 50 rep challenge, but many of my other weights workouts don't have as many reps. Try the Strength Series on UA-cam 😊
