Ross The Boss was the "Secret Act" at the Keep It True Festival 2016 performing a special Manowar Set!
Manowar 2.0 - that is the real deal!!! Never heard a singer that is as good as Eric Adams 1984!
I keep seeing everyone complaining that the singer is not Eric when he is doing a more than decent job.
However, no other of Manowar's guitarists has ever gotten even close to Ross's playing which, for me, is what defined their sound.
I agree, but it's also DEFINITELY the bass (you-know-who) as well, that defined the sound.
Yeah, even when he plays simple chords they sound so much fuller and harmonically interesting. while karl was more of a straight power chord kinda guy.
Here one can see and hear just how important the right guitarplayer is for the job. No one since Ross quit has ever nailed the manowar songs. I bow my head to Ross The Boss
He is the Closest to Eric. His screams really remind me to the young Eric's voice but the normal singing notes different. There is just One Manowar singer exists and that person is Eric Adams!
Hmm Eric Adams has not been able to do what the singer does here in 20 year. But I do agree in his prime Eric Adams was unbeatable

Indeed, there's just one original Manowar singer, but he is not nearly as good nowadays as this awesome guy up above there is!

Why the FUCK did Mike Cotoia leave his band? Marc Lopes is slightly better in regards to stage-presence, but Cotoia is MILES BETTER in the singing department!

Is Ross The Boss just a poor man's Manowar? Plain coverband? BTW, who knows why Ross left Manowar in the first place? I like him more than Karl Logan. Logan just doesn't seem to fit in the band. And what difficulties did Joey have with Scott?
Kakriainen aaaa no genius Ross the Boss wrote all the music on the old cds with Joey so that make him just as equal to play ManOwaR songs that Joey plays
Joey was the main composer. Ross took part of just a few songs. If Ross is so good songwriter, then why he plays Manowar songs only, not his own new songs? But like I said, Ross is the one and only Manowar guitarist for me. And this vocalist was a positive surprise to me. He sings well.
That vocalist is insane at singing but terrible at being a vocalist.

War definitiv das beste Manowar Konzert für mich seit dem zweiten Magic Circle Fest. Ross' Stil gibt den alten Songs halt so viel, was Karl nie in dem Maße hingekriegt hat. Auf jeden Fall um klassen besser als Manowar auf den letzten Touren.
