    INGREDIENTS:
    * 3 cups black eyed beans
    * 4 cups jasmine rice
    * 1 cup cured lamb
    * 2-3 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil
    * 6 cups water for cooking beans
    * Half medium onion chopped
    * 1 tsp vegetable bouillon
    * 1/4 tsp baking soda
    * 2 sorghum leaves (optional)
    * 1 bay leaf
    * 1/2 tsp curry powder
    * 1 clove garlic
    * Pinch salt or to taste for seasoning beans.
