It is absolutetly an amazing piece of real estate, very well architectured, harmonic with nature, but there is one thing i noticed, the whole island is so flat, like no high lands, so my obvious worry will be tsunami, other than that, the place is literally an escape to another level.

Im from the South Pacific and yes all the Islands in the Pacific is paradise but one thing you have to know is that most of the Islands in my country is under water right now due to climate change the beaches we use to swim back in the day is no more...thats the fact.

Bullshit! These islands sink and leave behind their reefs which form atolls. You should know this. Has nothing to do with climate change and if you bothered to do even the slightest bit of research you would know that sea levels have been rising for 13000 years. They have actually slowed down and aren't rising much at all for a long time. There has been no significant sea level rise around the world for a long time, so your islands are sinking. Any sea level rise you might have experienced in the past 13000 years is entirely NATURAL. There is fuck all we can do about it.

That was my concern too. It is basically a sand bar with palm trees. That is a lot of money to invest in that part of the world when sea level rise is a real threat and tropical storms are stronger and more frequent than anything historically. That kind of money to do better elsewhere and help a lot of people in need but, well, whatever turns your crank. Additionally, I saw a lot of trees, ferns grass and greenery by no tropical flowers (except carefully arranged cut flower displays inside). Lots of greens, blues and earthtones but not much else in the way of color. Bright colors are mostly manmade and artificial (awnings, boats, furniture, etc.). I wouldn't want to be the one to dust, sweep and clean furniture and floors in those wall-less buildings after the next big windstorm. But, hey, with that kind of money the owner can afford cheap domestic labor, can't they? Still, all in all, it is quite peaceful and beautiful to look at.

Obviously, this is a beautiful place. Absolutely outstanding. In terms of a “tour” video. This was poor. We didn’t get any sort of direction as to where we were being taken, no starting point, no path to follow. We were just teleported to different rooms with no sense of the layout of the property. Also, B-roll is very necessary but this was complete overkill lol. I would say 90% of the video is just B-roll shots. I’d like to see more of an actual tour; I.e. starting point, following a path, and knowledge of each room/layout. With B-roll in between. Anyway, love the channel, and obviously this place is outstanding and speaks for itself.

This was like taking a week long vacation in an hour's time. I wonder what the temp is there month to month or year round under the trees. Also, I wonder if the insects get bad there. Nevertheless, I could stay there for a long time and would be a great place to have a group of people who would love to learn how to love a slower pace of living again. NARS has preserved an awesome island with natural wonder to live on.

the owner has to spend more to pay the staff all year round to upkeep the place
He'll also want to hire a chef and security guards because if you're super wealthy, you don't want to get kidnapped for ransom.

39 millions for motu 3/4 mile away from airport with jets, helicopter and turbo engine aircraft....they only forgot about that small inconvenience and of course mosquito ... I was on Bora twice but I'm happy I don't live there, good for visit but not for live. Besides water getting there more and more shallow and reefs dying.....sad but true. And the most important because of shallow water you don't have access to the island with motorboat only by kayak and paddleboat
So what about that sea level rise?
And people say Miami beach, Copacabana beach and Malibu is beautiful. Laughable.... this is trully a paradise

Wifi is good and can be improved to your likeness. The groceries are bought in bulk and transported via boat monthly
