I guess the point is each issue is dealt with as they come up, she isn't picking sides. The Judge is right in my opinion and there was an agreement by all. You don't want to contribute to the circus just by being there in this case its not fair to the clients and you don't want the jurors to see it either.

@@balqeesbaloch5213 You know...I've recently been re-watching a lot of testimony/streams from this trial, and that exact thought occurred to me this morning: that Elaine's constant attempts to circumvent the rules of evidence, to argue with the judge in front of the jury, to make it seem like she was unaware of the content of her own exhibits (so like they were prosecution exhibits that hadn't been given to her), to elicit inappropriate or incorrect testimony, and all of her other shenanigans were deliberate attempts to make it appear the court was being unfair to her (and thus to Amber). Like she was hoping to make it seem like she (and Amber) were being silenced by an evil biased sexist system.
I mean, obviously there's often a bit of that sort of game-playing in a trial, the "Let them hang themselves" kind of thing. But in this case, Elaine's actions were so far beyond anything I'd expect to see that I really wonder if she didn't know from the very beginning that her client was a liar and they had very little chance of winning, so she decided to try to write a separate narrative right from the start.

6:00 the only sure fix for a hacked phone is a clean wipe. The only fix for a hacked pc is a clean wipe. Anything else and you don't know if there's something else in there that you haven't found. A wipe starts again from a clean slate.

I can't help but wonder if that infamous hacker played a part in that hacking?)

Why is there no law stating that any friendly engagement with friendly cuddly animals is always lawful under any circumstance at any place? Honestly, why can't we have sheep outside the hospital, puppies in front of the post office, donkeys outside the city hall, and alpacas in front of the courthouse?
And Rottenborn, you have a client AND a colleague embarrassing you, your client's girlfriend is sneaking through security after getting admonished and then banned from the courtroom, you have a Dr. Hughes and a Dr. Spiegle making a comedy show out of your case, your lead counsel cannot even comprehend the rules of evidence, and so much more. YOU want to fight about alpacas? Pick your battles man.

That was great, thanks so much for that! I love the photos of you at the end with the Alpaca's. Alpaca's always look like they are smiling. Back during the trial, I was watching a mixture of Law & Crime and EDB. On the odd occassion I watched on another stream. But I came in during the end of the testimony by AH, and had to go back to catch up at the time. I remember the first time I saw you on Emily's show - I was extremly curious about who you were and how you fitted into the scheme of things. People used to to ask if Emily would be talking to you on a particular day. I thought you were a Johnny Depp fan and supporter at first, because I was new to it all, but quickly realised that you were a lawyer also. It took me a few weeks to aclimate to the concept of legal commentary on trials. Initially, I watched the L&C Stream and then went back and watched the replay on either EDB, or Alyte, (who I found by doing a UA-cam search), but at the time, mostly EDB. Over time I subscribed to most people's pages - mostly by searching for names on YT. It's been wonderful over the past 15 months watching the friendship between you and Rob grow online, and also between EDB. It's good to see how many of you connected over JD vs AH and stayed connected over time. Thanks so much! I always enjoy your content! 🤍

I'm not gonna lie, if your jury can be swayed by a lawyer of either side taking a picture with alpacas for whatever reason, you messed up a long time ago when you approved that jury :') They're freaking alpacas dude, it's a law of nature that you take a picture with them when you walk past. Not to mention that alpacas will always go viral regardless of JD's legal team. The internet is 80% animal videos for a reason. It might make Ben and Camille look biased in JD's favor. Oh wait they're literally paid to be biased in JD's favor so I guess that's not a bad thing at all either the jurors were well aware of that. So it comes down to, can alpaca pictures cloud their judgement on the facts. If the answer to that is yes I don't know what they're doing there to begin with sorry no sorry. I mean rules are rules I get that, though there's the letter and the spirit of the rule. I don't blame judge A for chewing them out for this, that's absolutely fair. But Rottenborn trying to make this look like it poisoned the entire thing was a bit of a stretch. Though I suppose that's what he literally gets paid to do as well but cmon man they're alpacas xD
