@@philippciunis Well .. then you probably don't understand a lot about beatboxing .. cuz ice's elim was so technical and has a lot of details.. and most of the top beatboxers who listened to his elimination.. sayed that's the best elimination this year and the same thing with his wildcard and he was top 2.. he's just so good that normal listeners like you maybe doesn't like him cuz He's not so musical as wing.

This was my most awaited beatboxer at GBB2024. I wanted to see him actually battle for the first time after a lot of leveling up from 2019 and 2021's GBB.
From an outsider POV who knows nothing about Beatbox, I feel like Wing has really good quality in his delivery, but I felt like some "notes" (? if you call it that) fail to reach that next level, like he can't reach a low-low or a high-high that really makes my body feel/resonate, like it's almost there, but then it gets cut-off when I really wish it would have just gone a bit further and it would have been perfect. That's just my opinion.
In my opinion the live pov was the main reason I watched these videos. It gave a different perspective to these videos and it reminded me of how it sounded live when I was there. I don’t see how people want D-low to remove that since you can literally just skip the video while keeping those 2 perspectives for the people who like that.

Just wondering because they are all such talented musicians but because of not being able to hear themselves on stage even the best performers are always very pitchy. I know they have good pitch because they nail it in settings where they can hear themselves.

We all have our liked and dislikes. I enjoy Wing, and there are a few other highly regarded that I don't care for myself, but they're always near the top in the rankings.
It's a bit unfair for helium and den when you said wing have pretty average skill when he approached the wildcard while not caring about dynamics and not that strong on the mic, yeah helium does the same, doesn't show what hes capable/ full potential like wing's elimination, you said wing prioritize the clarity of his sound even tho he sound quieter in the mic on the otherhand helium does the same he prioritize the clarity of sound but hes much much stronger and louder than wing, and the complex is on similar level. And d-low said he prefer original peice wing do a cover, on the other hand Den have 2 original tracks not that strong on the mic, consistent in sounds, but scores down, maybe legacy adds to scoresheet IDK IMO 🤷
i think original sound that dilip makes are so unique and it is very hard to copy but being disciplined and in control you can do it if you prcatice more so for me dlip is above than wing
D-low is the intrusive thoughts of a beatboxer😂
