the enemy density has to be through the roof for a horde mode like this tbh.
There were like 5 knights on top of the streamer at one point. Seemed like it could be solid.

For a free experience, it's a great way to introduce a new gamemode during pre-expansion downtime. Weapons, social spaces, secrets, triumphs, etc are just neat bonuses.
I think you nailed it. It’s free. Perhaps a $20 expansion, which no one would pay for before TFS, would have given us a a better activity than horde from gears of war 3.
Onslaught by itself is a great idea, but on it's own, it's doing absolutely nothing to hype up TFS.
It's a weak seasonal activity that absolutely needs to motivate people to play it.
the thing is, it's just a hobbled together game mode that will never get anymore updates. it's just something to shut people up so they don't forget how their money has been fleeced consistently. this isn't going to do anything for the health of the game, just more crack to appease addicts.
@@sonnyankau9239 idk im a new player, most of the reviews ive seen prior to this announcement were complaining about how crazy it was the game didnt have a horde mode

@@DM-tw6vd crazy because i don't see any reviews mentioning that.
Honestly don’t know what people were expecting. Into the light was never supposed to be a 30th anniversary sized update since they didn’t plan out the Final Shape delay and had little time to come up with something. In the end it’s a free update that comes with a horde mode. I know I'm gonna be farming a whole lot to get that god roll Midnight Coup and hopefully we see the return of Black Armory weapons.
It looks fantastic, not sure how people are disappointed
@@Sabre5106 you are delusional. This shit looks AWFUL.
@@Sabre5106 Cause it's not another expansion sized update. :P (Not my problem they have stupid expectations though.)
I think what’s annoying is the fact they’re breaking up the showcase into 3 livestreams. Like you said, the update is less than 30th anniversary, so why bother drip-feeding the new info?
In my opinion it needs to be significant. It doesn’t matter if the delay was planned or not, it happened and now the game is left in a state where public opinion is in one of the worst spots ever. They need to deliver something that’s significant. It looks fine. More destiny gunplay is a good thing but I don’t think it looks significant enough to move the needle in an impactful way. I don’t think this builds back faith for final shape.

I figure it's smart to omit them given we just spent so much of the Coil beating them up.
I bet you that it’s a teaser for the whisper mission
Yeah I took that as maybe a special wave has them. My cope take is that its Whisper coming back
@@dylanc5773 they may bring back a vaulted exotic mission(s) with this, but it's just as likely they don't.
Maybe they finally decided that gating exotic mission to rotate in every 3 seasons is stupid, and are just going to add them all back at once
I just wish Bungie would make these things expandable instead of one off. Imagine menagerie never went away and new challenge types and rewards were periodically added to the mix. Imagine dares of eternity got new sections instead of the same thing over and over. They always make a whole new thing, let it play out and then dump the whole thing in the bin or just leave it in the game unchanged to rot on the vine.
Yes that’s the biggest issue imo
Hopefully this is the one they build on. They have a good foundation, so hopefully this replaces the updates they were gonna give gambit
The problem with that for bungie is, it’s a lot harder to market new additions to preexisting content over brand new activities. Generates less interest and revenue if “new” content is based preexisting activities. Though that’s not to say you’re wrong, it would probably be healthier for the game if current activities were just expanded upon rather than a new one be added every seasoj
Its a mid season addition like dares so this one does have a high chance of staying
@@ramtheman8044 The crucible ran into the same problem about 6 years ago, there were so many different game modes rotting on the vine that player density was down in all of them!
I think that's why they make less/new game modes,
When you consolidate the community player numbers are higher and que times are a lot lower.
All of this probably could have been just one stream. This also heavily reminds me of Generator Defense from Halo Reach.

@@tuckerbrown1349 personally a single, edited video would've worked better imo. They're bad at livestreams, good at trailers and vidocs
@@tuckerbrown1349Doesn't seem like this will go the same way the 3 planned Curse of Osiris streams went years ago, but I guess we'll see. Unlike back then fans are more checked out than angry at the moment.
Naw it's literally gears 4 horde mode
Personally my issue with the old mod system wasn’t that i was complicated, but it was that i didn’t have over half of the mods. i would have to check in with Ada-1 and that got exhausting. maybe there was a more mainstream way to get mods that i wasn’t aware of because i was like 14-15
On top of that, descriptions of mods were also lacking.
Charged with Light mods never noted that if you had no mod that spent them, the charge condition was null. I started after those mods existed, and not even old Datto guides made the point that you needed a plus and minus for them to work.
The goobers who got me into the game and then bailed 2 months later couldn't even tell me how they worked.
I figured it all out eventually, but it's a total slog for a new player. And it's only gotten worse since then.
That's fucking crazy that Black Armory came out when you were 15.....
If this activity is well recieved and plays well, I could see this type of gamemode becoming one of the new core playlist activites. There is so much room to change different perks, defense options, enemy types and crossovers between the different factions, this could easily turn into something bungie can grow and develop
Ngl it looks more fun than gambit.
@@FleccoALOT more fun than gambit, for one you don't get invaded and it ruins the whole game 😂
the problem is that even a good activity atm will get called bad since the community is infected with the american baby syndrome
Imagine being able to call in a servitor that gave you an overshield from time to time. I think that'd be pretty cool.
Maybe this is a Gambit replacement. Didn't they say they were killing Gambit?
Hey man, on the note of build crafting the reason so many people didn't interact with the old mods very well previously was because they made only two mods available a day, on a random rotator, with some of the most important ones not showing up for months at a time and being completely inaccessible to most players who didn't already have them and inaccessible to literally every new player. And they also made them cost a resource that were locked behind limited amounts of daily bounties.
They abused one of the most important aspects of endgame gameplay and used it as a daily login carrot on a stick with random results (and most of the time there was no carrot for anyone).
We kinda shouldn't forget that.
Would be cool if we could have this activity in the Eliksni quarter of the last city where the last encounter of Scourge of the Past used to take place
Pretty tired for the Eliksni quarter at this point. As was suggested, the opening encounter of Scourge might be more interesting
I think the mode is great to finally have and has good growth potential. The more personalized, the better.
I like the suggestion of more rogue-like or customizable fortification options. Maybe bring back the reckoning-style armor sets: Defender set mitigates damage, Hunter set for increased damage against high value, a “builder” set that gives bonuses to acquiring scrap, and a specialist set for some future mini objective.
I do like that, but also don't like the idea of having to swap armor if I want to try a new "class". I would rather it be something we can select before hand.
Excellent commentary, Dat!❤
This sounds like the public event in the Dreaming City where you defend the mini tower, dunk recharges, and teleport to fight a boss. They added coil style “buy upgrades” to add turrets, etc, but mostly just looks like the public event with more adds in a different place.
Haha THIS is EXACTLY what I was thinking too.
It made me realize so much and many if destiny activities are kinda already “quasi horde mode” just changing locations between the hordes with maybe a few jumps or something (cough coil cough)
This was ….. ehhhh. But yeah very dreaming city public event. Agreed.

I'm clapping and cheering on top of a mountain for you. God bless you King. With rizz.
I hope this stays around or even develops past FS and doesn’t go into the vault come June.
Activities that they label as "Free-for-all Players" usually stay forever as its easy content to help onboard free trial users.
Will stay confirmed, hopefully they can expand/build on it periodically.
Possibly one of the MOST requested thing the D2 community has asked for (and rightly so given the delay of TFS) in the past few years; vast majority of chat responds saying "mid".
I'm really looking forward to playing Onslaught, cos my ad clear builds are really gonna come in to their own. :) Also, ya know, HORDE MODE!

LITERALLY. Destiny community will never be happy
It's literally just black armory forges in a crucible map. The very real threat of studio takeover is what it took to get a horde mode and it's not even a proper one. "Collect X, throw X at Y, repeat." Wow, haven't done that at all the past 7 years.
@@Castitalushonestly starting to wonder if they want a take over.

I was at least expecting a new area and for the activity to actually _feel_ like the Last City is being invaded by a fleet of pyramid ships. You know, like what the concept art showed. But based on the gameplay footage, it looks like pyramid ships won't even be visible in the sky, and it just looks like a glorified public event. Instead of there being multiple enemy types at once, there's only one race per wave, and the enemy density is not at all enough to truly make you feel "Oh crap the city is being invaded". Shaxx also has reused voice lines from the Crucible, and you're not protecting civilians or anything that looks or feels like it's important to the City, instead you just protect a generator-looking thing you throw balls at, and you rotate in between 3 different points on the map every 10 waves.
Basically, there looks to be a huge lack of spectacle. Story elements don't seem to be well-integrated with the gameplay, which will greatly harm the immersion of the activity as a whole and make it just feel like a training simulation than anything else. If this was just a random activity, it probably wouldn't be as big of an issue, but this activity is supposed to be us defending the Last City against a big fleet of pyramid ships, something we've anticipated for _years_ to happen. The power of an individual pyramid has shown to be enormous, so this should feel like and extremely pivotal part to the game's overall story. The stakes should feel really high, but it looks like it just won't feel like anything.
Im ready for Esoterick to solo all the way to level 50
My only complaint was that the stream was awkward, not rehearsed, and way too long. It literally should have been 30 minutes, should have included the weapon reveals as well, and then just... one and done. Doesn't need to be this much gameplay and repetitive talking about basically nothing. But the activity looks fun, I also kept my expectations low and am therefore not even a little disappointed. At this point Destiny is something I know only gets better at a slow pace, so I am looking to the new Episodes to determine if I will stay interested or not. And my hopes are moderately high....?
Most players are casuals and casuals don't hit every stream or tune in to Destiny content creators. Having 3 streams instead of 1 means more hype to build, more word of mouth to spread. A single stream that's only 30 minutes would be a "blink and you miss it" to the vast majority of players. Its a tactical choice. And it was definitely rehearsed, the dudes on screen are just super nervous cuz they never do live stream stuff. The last time we got any live stream from Bungie was when Joe got cooked by the Overload champ lmao
@ShaoShaoMienshao yeah these guys have never streamed and i mean they could also be scared of getting flamed on live like they did for 20 mins of pure hate on the stream. That probably didn't make them feel good either.
I think it was strung out for a few practical reasons. There's Drops involved, so they want to give folks plenty of wiggle room to earn those. Another reason is it was a live stream format and not a pre-recorded UA-cam reveal video; so stringing it out gives time for the audience to trickle in. Plus they repeated certain key aspects for folks who maybe joined stream late. I think they chose 3 different days so that they could both build up hype, while also giving folks multiple chances to catch a stream, if people happened to be busy on one or two of the days
The activity looks fine. I'm sure I'll have some fun with it. Wasn't expecting anything at all. So nice to have some new activity and loot.
I think the largest disappointment people (Hi, I'm people) are feeling is in regard to the setting, and I hope we get some settings that aren't just crucible maps/previously existing locations. I don't need to explore midtown, I have been exploring midtown for 7 years.
Man I feel that, but new maps are probably high up there on the list of things that take a lot of time and resources to create if you're not reusing a bunch of assets. Hopefully if this pops off they'll impliment more of them instead of just leaving it to rot like Gambit
@@ruthlesslistenerYou'd think they would re-use the city maps from the Red War or something, we barely got to play on those even when the campaign was still accessible lol
Although I don't like the new vex map because of how big it is, it might be fun to play that map with this new mode
This seems like it should’ve been the season that came with lightfall instead of defiance. Thinking on it the witness entire fleet or a lot of it was at the traveller then when the witness leaves the ships just vanished and we the players instead fight shadow cabal that are taking human prisoners for some reason.
Into the light has us fighting the witness forces in the city and take down bosses on pyramid ships like that makes sense the big leader is gone but his army is still here we gotta clean in the last city and take down some ships, but instead we had season of defiance which didn’t seem that connected like yea there’s shadow cabal in small bases but where’s the fleet of ships or the army in said ships.
Everything looks cool gameplay wise and looking forward to the other streams having a horde mode finally is nice but form a story perspective this would’ve made more sense to happen earlier than defiance or instead of it
I've given up on story consistency. At some point during the stream they said that Earth is gonna be undefended when we go through the portal so we need to set up defenses beforehand. Thing is, we've spent a year bouncing around the solar system chasing after breadcrumbs and have completely ignored Earth. All those pyramids landed on Earth back in Season of Defiance, but they kinda just stopped doing stuff after the season ended. I guess the writers suddenly remembered a plot point they set up a year ago.
@@samvimes9510do you remember when they started abducting civilians? Because the writers clearly don’t
Well lightfall was supposed to have the hive/xivu/worm gods attacking the last city from a prolific leaker. I think that was clearly scrapped because I was hoping to have a new area in the last city. Not midtown
LMAO Danielle with the "show us your t*ts" in chat at 5:10 is amazing

Bungie loves their timegates
It's finally nice to see a Halo Firefight-esque mode make it back into Bungie's hands. While it's free for everyone, what really sucks is the reuse of a crucible map we've been playing since the D2 beta. If memory serves me right, we've played in a few Last City maps before during the Red War (and maybe some other) campaign that ended up being a really big section that was awesome to see for the first time, but was content that ultimately got taken away. While reusing content is always something the community has a love/hate relationship with, a game mode like this would have been a lot nicer to see in those environments we really only used once or twice for a campaign or end-of-season event (remember those?), and the criticism of recycled maps could have been a lot less. But for now, this seems okay enough to last until Final Shape.
Datto : "first time doing a wave based thing"
Archon Forge : D:
Not to mention:
Escalation Protocol (Probably the best thing we've had)
Altars of Summoning
Altars of Sorrow
Seraph Towers
so basically it's Forge with an added ingredients.
yes
I have 2 friends that just started recently, and I wanted to let them learn as they went without hand holding. We recently just got to the point where they are doing dungeons and raids. They had no semblance of a build, and were getting crushed. I helped them make one solar build each and it was night and day. Its a good example of how strong builds oriented play is even with similar skill level players.
I think bungie is definitely playing it safe while also adding something new. I am glad its new free content but i wish it would just be a newer space. i know its only one of the maps we have seen but we have no clue how many different places we will see either. Given bungies history of mostly reusing assets and spaces I'm skeptical but am very excited because even if the environment is reused, it is still something new. A play space i would really like to see would be something similar to the map encounter area from sotp or maybe the space under the tower that we briefly saw at the beginning of the red war. That has always been a gripe of mine about this game is that we haven't seen more of the tower and of that space in particular
Finally, Gambit now has crucible Maps

To me this has the same feel as the April update from d1, it’s there to bridge the gap and the content within shows that. I think it’ll be a fun time while that gap closes and holds us till the final shape arrives.
This is a mode that I hope gets worked on and constantly updated. I would play this alot longer than I played Gambit. It wont get updated and will likely drop and exist but I think there is more potential here for something enjoyable for all player ranges
If the enemies ramp up to gm level in later rounds I could actually see this getting really damn hard. In a gm you can choose the pace of engagements and progress at a safe rate for the most part, in fact the hardest parts of gm’s are infinite spawns from the battlegrounds where you have to progress an objective, etc. If the enemies are coming towards you instead, and you’re tethered to a single point you have to protect, I could see that being way harder than what most gm’s are right now. But we shall see, I’m somewhat excited.
Keep in mind. That's just how the base version works. Imagine legendary solo!
I have no idea why they split this reveal into 3 streams
I like the activity because supers and special- and heavywepons that are good for adclear seems like they can be useful again

This genuinely sounds awesome for a brain turn off activity and to keep until final shape
I saw some people saying they were hoping all the sunset stuff in the game would come back in to the light and be playable again, weapons, raids, destinations, missions. It was nice to see Fallout hosting this first stream, he did a great job!
I know it's probably very difficult if not impossible with the game's current architecture, but I really wish there was some kind of procedurally generated dungeon crawling mode, preferably set inside the pyramid ships. playing similarly to how the Coil works with ramping up difficulty, but it can go even further and have way more kinds of enemies, bosses and mini encounters. Like each floor is a small maze with rooms randomly pulled from a large library that guarantees at least 1 enemy, encounter, and boss room per floor, along with hidden chests that drop progressively more valuable items for exploring. Basically just put Bloodborne's Chalice Dungeons in Destiny lol.
You are describing The Binding of Issac. Play that if you want it :P
The Infinite Forest had a similar tech for that.
This is what I wanted The Infinite Forest to be way back in Curse of Osiris.
This needs to be a core playlist activity 100%. The replayability of horde modes is insane. Lets get an endless one please
tbh add it to the gambit playlist (although it’s probably already planned to not be most likely) and make drifter useful, along with not giving us like 5 core things at the top
It will get boring extremely quickly. That’s why horde modes for later gears of war added several defenses that can all be levelled up several times. As far as I can see there is no preogression for the activity so the replay-ability will be bad
@@JA-kr1lz Anything "endless" has a lot of replayability just based on people who are looking for that challenge. I agree as it looks rn it will probably get stale quick, but if they add more maps and an actual endless mode I think it would be pretty great. It doesn't even have to be that crazy, like hand out an emblem for 100 waves or something and a wave tracker to let people flex how many they made it through.
Ah finally i don t have to think for myself
Escalation Protocol was one of my favorite "horde mode" style of activities so I'm super pumped for this update. And Midnight Coup is back? Yes please ❤️
I went in with very low expectations, like probably a few one time missions and that's it. But them pulling a Gears of War 3 horde mode is great. GoW, for those who don't know, used to reuse PvP maps for a horde mode and it's some of the most fun I had in that game. My hope is this becomes a core activity and is scaled up with medals/more maps/more wave formations/constructs.
Gears 2 but yes I fuckin love it
@@GoDLiKe211 Except this is clearly something they could have implemented much earlier.
Why did it take them hemorrhaging pre-orders for them to have a small team just Ctrl-C-Ctrl-V assets and have us fight the same damn enemies we've been fighting for 10 years now?
Honestly I don't have any thoughts on the activity in q vacuum. My concern is why are we doing all this 2 month's from the final dcl of an epic 10 year story conclusion? Like, this is a ton of dev time and resources for a company that is stretched thin with a skeleton crew on this IP anyway. If Final Shape falls flat will we look back on this like "why even do this?"
They're doing this to both keep players playing and get new players playing so that there is an audience for the next dlc
@alex62965 there already is an audience for the new dlc. It's the conclusion of a 10 year story lol
@@mickbreeden6516 also I think that they've been working on this mode for alot longer than people think, definitely before this season maybe near the start of last season.
They have an audience yes, but are they listening?
Maybe this will get their attention again
@alex62965 I stand by the thought process that every ounce of dev time spent on this should have been spent on final shape. If Final shape flops I'll be vindicated on that
@@mickbreeden6516 ok, let's say the didn't make this. Every single dev working on the final shape, it's the best thing they've ever made!
But noone cares because they all stopped playing months ago, this might be a possibility?
i think lore wise to make it fit in. could pull something either with drifter or anyone else. and just say it’s either for training purposes or a simulation
A mix between deep dives and onslaught would be so fun
at the end of the day it's a new fight to get some new loot and that's destiny in a nutshell and i'm looking forward to some mindless grinding for that good stuff 😋
Looks fun in my opinion. Into the light kinda proves to me bungie wants to be better. Today’s reveal made me finally place my preorder
Good to hear that buddy! 👍 All the pinnacles are coming back too hopefully 🙏
That's a mistake lol.
This is not something they did out of 'wanting to do better'. It was a move of desperation and greed.
They couldn't give two flying fucks about you.
@noobpuncher8571 true, but I'm still excited for the content! Lmao! Nothing you can do other than try to enjoy it for what it all is and when we do get updates.. I also can't say no to " free "
They did mention that there arengging to be other maps we play on, so we could totally see the city raid entrance as a spot, along with the traveler healing city section as well. (Makes sense since it looks like blacl armory weapons are coming back, since im oretty vlast furnace is bejng used bhy the warlock on the key art.
The thing im most excited to see is bosses without hhealth gates. That seems like a healthy growth/adaptation of current boss fight styles and i hope thhey adapt over to it in the future practically wholesale.
Also im super interested to see what the weapons we are going to get will be in full, and personally i hipe to see crafted versions or adept Versions.
The only other thing left to wait and see if Solstice armor will be before or after the Expansion, because it might be tied into this event from the looks of it
I think the main event is pretty cool we’ve wanted a horde mode/tower defense for a while plus its free.
The problem i think for most people is they hyped up the 3 live-streams featuring “new content” when it could be one trailer. But hey who knows maybe surprises along the way
What if they fold it into Gambit as an endgame pvevp mode? Where invaders can attack the ADU and you get stuff like
*me and the boys fighting for our lives on round 25
*an angsty invader with Eyes of Tomorrow boutta wipe our defenses
It is funny how the halo firefight was so much more hyped
I'm just bored of killing the same bunch of brain dead enemies over and over for the last decade. We needed a new faction or two over the last 6 years, but it wasn't in the cards sadly.
@@atomic_waitscorn were brand new, everyone still jus complained about them tho, when taken were new ppl complained about them too. the amount of time n resources jus for ppl to still complain anyway makes it clear its not worth it for them i guess
@atomic_wait please tell me what enemies you possibly think they could add I personally think the ones we have now just fine. Also as datto says in the vid build crafting is pretty busted in this game so the whole "mindless enemies" thing is really only a problem for the surprisingly low percentage of players that engage with that side of the game myself included so yeah I do wish they had better ai
@@10riobruh scorn are corrupted fallen. Taken are corrupted enemies. So they shake things up? Yes. Are they fresh and unique? Not really. More enemies akin to the reaper dudes from lightfall for the darkness faction
@@shatteredakumaso you're looking for thematic freshness rather than gameplay freshness?
Might be time to log in again
Need new maps so bad. Looks fun, but would love to be in a new play space.
using some tweaked Crucible spaces makes sense, but it could have been cool to see some of the other Earth zones. whether that's exotic quest zones, EDZ, Cosmodrome, Rasputin bunkers or something I feel like they could have recut some of those (especially if they can do some pyramid tech growths to seal off other hallways etc)
People are going to play this for 1 week then get bored real quick.
more like 2 daye
I would make the comparison to 30th Anniversary and Dares of Eternity. Onslaught is to Into the Light what Dares of Eternity was to the 30th Anniversary.
The difference is that the 30th Anniversary was at least somewhat planned (as well as paid)... and therefore had a somewhat longer development time.
We also got a dungeon with the 30th Anniversary, something I am not at all expecting with Into the Light.
I know we still have two livestreams to go, but the fact most of this livestream was gameplay, and solely gameplay of Onslaught in Midtown gives me the impression three livestreams weren't really necessary. Had they condensed the gameplay down to 10-15 minutes, they could've easily covered the entire update in a single livestream.
I also have to comment on how formal and disengaged the livestream was. It felt more like a scripted dev update rather than an opportunity for them to talk with the players and gather feedback (that being said, the Twitch chat was rampant with people trolling and being extremely disrespectful, so I doubt how productive such a thing could actually have been, unfortunately).
To speak on Onslaught specifically... I know the general consensus is that Onslaught looks more like a proof of concept, and is an opportunity for Bungie to explore horde modes more in the future (again a consequence of the short and unplanned development time). But as I said at the beginning, I see Onslaught more as a Dares of Eternity situation. Dares of Eternity is still in the game... but it hasn't exactly received supports or updates other than occasionally having more loot added to the pool. I do not expect Onslaught to receive any supports or updates after the launch of Final Shape. I'm not even convinced it will stick around once Final Shape comes out. The question then becomes if it is fun and engaging enough to last us two months. Alone? No. I don't think it is. But then again, we do still have two more livestreams that will hopefully give us reasons to want to keep playing Onslaught.
Among some of the expectations I've seen from fellow players (and other content creators), I know people would really enjoy a community-oriented event. Something where players all work towards progress together. I think this is probably the best (and perhaps most likely), other thing we can expect to come out of Into the Light. The new missions on different worlds each week, I expect to be nothing more than an epilogue preparing us for Final Shape, or a recounting of our past triumphs.
I can't say I'm brilliantly excited after the first livestream. A horde mode doesn't mean much to me when its in the same sandbox I've already grown bored of. We need the big sandbox update that will be coming with Final Shape, and it needs to seriously shake things up.
NEW OPINION JUST DROPPED 🗣
That stream was getting absolutely baked by chat
Yea pretty pathetic people should grow up
Unrightfully so, imo. Those devs have nothing directly to do with the state of the game or the layoffs. And the people who did have something to do with it are probably on Vacation
Honestly I’m kinda stoked for it.
this should 100% be a rogue like thing with wave on wave stat upgrades or loadout upgrades where you start off with one weapon and gain access to more and more abilities etc as rounds increase
Yes coil 2 horde mode electric boogaloo is here. Also instead using pvp maps they should have used the old assets from D2 vanilla and open up access a bit more to the last city then people wouldn’t really be complaining of the maps.
My main issue was i was expecting them to do more of a horde mode type however the ad density is very small and they mention that ads just get tanker I feel like they should kept health bars more static and just ramp up the amount of ads so it feels like a horder mode where you are getting overwhelmed instead of just sitting at the bank.
Multple times the pov we were seeing he was running around looking for kills that should NOT happen in a horde mode it should be reverse running from that and maintaining distance while trying to clear to mob instead of just another protect the circle.
I don't think my expectations were to high I was not expecting augmentations doing side obj or anything like that I was hoping to see a classic horder mode no special gimmicks kinda like Zombies from CoD every wave more and more enemies wave 20 has like 100 zombies but in here wave 20 only looks to have 20-30 enemies.
