Weird Soda Flavours! That's right, a couple of fans, Amber and Jeff from Ohio, sent us a selection of some weird/disgusting soda flavours. So, we dished them out to our TRYers to see if they could handle this disgusting soda challenge by trying and guessing what weird soda flavours they're trying - flavours like butter, grass and more!

They are just gag gift sodas, near the holidays you can buy a turkey dinner 4pack. I think the flavors are turkey, stuffing, brussels sprouts, and pumpkin pie.

I'm always entertained by watching Ciara analytically describe even the nastiest stuff. Hearing her say "WTF is that?" was even better.

These sodas are for sure made exactly for this reason. My wife and I have bought packs of them a couple times just to take to parties and see what people will try. Always good for some laughs!
Exactly. They're usually sold at hardware stores along side fancy small brew sodas. I honestly enjoy getting all the weird flavors. The fact that 90% of them taste like dirt is the best part because people cringe and laugh.
Jones used to put out weird holiday sodas but I haven't seen any in a while
There’s a soda store where I live that sells all of these sodas, along with both your basic colas and more obscure brands of soda pop. It’s an interesting place to visit.
I imagine people must be very drunk to try these ,or have a strong stomach. My taste buds would need cleaning after these awful sodas 😣😑🤣.
Callyann was just a rollercoaster of emotions during this WEIRD shoot. "Maple Syrup Soda" with such enthusiasm and, literally, in the next breath, "WHY WOULD YOU MAKE THIS!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@TheTRYChannel Be glad you guys dodged the Ranch Dressing soda (I think Lester's Fixins makes it). It made the rounds a few years ago on YT. I've never been able to find it available to me so never tried it.

We finally found the thing that makes Ciara have a reaction!!! The woman who can drink 95% ethanol and 13 million Scoville peanut without a face taken out by Buffalo Wing Soda :)
She has a hard time with caffeine and sugar, too. It's only alcohol she drinks like water.

I bought weird sodas and brought them into my workplace when I was still pretty new to try to get to know my team better. One was the Buffalo Wing Soda and one was Ranch Dressing Soda. I thought maybe mixing them together (like dipping a wing in a dip) would be better. It wasn't

People keep saying stuff like that, but if you pay attention, Ciara has changed and almost never finishes her alcoholic drinks anymore and often does not like things.
@@georgeorwell126 not liking things is drastically different than having a visibly disgusted reaction. She has had PLENTY of things she's tried and said "nope, that's terrible." But this was genuinely the first time I can remember seeing a clear disgusted reaction from her.

all i am going to say is you got LUCKY, they gave you the better flavors, other flavors include, thanksgiving dinner soda, dill pickle soda, bacon soda, ghost pepper soda, brussel sprouts soda, and probably the worst one i ever tried was durian fruit soda

Callyann's facial expressions give me life. I'm a very expressive person myself and it's so fun watching someone's face contort into impossible shapes out of sheer disgust.
So I blame Bláithín for making me laugh mid-bite through a sweet and sour dipped McNugget with the eyeglasses wiggle, thus snorting sweet and sour into my nose. I am suffering.

There’s a store on Route 66 that sells literally hundreds of flavors like this. The whole point is to be weird for weird’s sake.
I suggest that you go into that store and set up a shoot like you used to do in early lockdown with the horrible shots; it would make a great video.

Every year a few small soda makers produce a few random flavors that make no sense. Jones soda does stuff like turkey and stuffing soda etc and no one ever gets them outside of a bet.
Kind of like those Harry Potter jelly beans.

These are generally sold in old fashioned candy stores as funny gifts. There are a ton more flavors.
A store here in the USA named rocket fizz carries probably over 100 flavors of soda. Most of their soda is weird flavored or weirdly named. They have a ranch 1 and a corn 1 to go with the hot sauce and butter.

There's a candy shop in Columbus, OH called Rocket Fizz and they sell a GIANT array of weird sodas. Pickle flavor, ranch dressing, even "vomit." I've never been brave enough to try any of them.

Someone bought me some buffalo wing soda many years ago as a joke. It's still sitting in my fridge to this day.

Actually to the contrary of what you thought, we *DO* know what these are! They’re at like all the gift shops and novelty shops in most tourist areas. They’re simply for novelty and a joke gag gift. There is also a TON more crazy/nasty flavors..

There's a place called The Pop Shop. That sells every, and any kind of soda flavor.
We're talking bacon, to ranch, to pickle flavored sodas. I even saw an onion flavor.
Substituting flat maple syrup soda for water in your pancake mix would probably be amazing

These bizarre sodas exist at exactly 2 types of places in America, Bevmo and Those old fashioned candy shops which for some reason will always have a small refrigerator of the most bizarre soda flavors that Americans have never seen until they entered that candy shop.
