I just love how honest he speaks and he’s done that from day 1 in the league. He’s a Chicago icon still to this day in my hometown Chicago il. We love you jim.
just a touch on that subject of him being one of my favorites when him and the Chicago bears were kicking ass and winning a Super Bowl my football team was also going undefeated and won our championship and along the way we copied the headbands. we started doing headbands and wristbands and writing on them as well to intimidate our opponents, lol. I got Jim McMahon's book "McMahon" and read it multiple times. Who didn't love everything about the '85 Chicago Bears? And I'm a born and raised Tampa Bay Bucs fan. I'm not one for naming GOATs... But I do have a lot of players I love and JIM is a winner. Was an incredible competitor. Sad to hear he's probably regretting a lot of those headbutts nowadays. I love him and wish him well.
Awesome interview. I agree with Jim. The only disappointing thing about that season was they didn't get a rematch with Miami. I wanted that so bad. Especially since McMahon didn't play the first time they met.
I agree with Dan about the Concussion movie coming out around Christmas time cause you had Star War The Force Awakens which came out the same time it just got swallowed up at the box office.
Mother Earth! He does sound a lot better, maybe the mary jane is doing him some good. It's a shame it's federally illegal, yet all the pain pills can be legal. A joke tbh fam.

I read McMahon's book back when it came out. It was hilarious. What a great team they were.
One of the most underrated QBs of all-time!

HOFamer. There would be no great team without him. His contribution to bringing in viewers to the NFL is unmeasurable.
Thank you dp for breaching this topic Jimmy. I'm dealing with similar issues. Good to I'm not alone
Good Stuff
He didn't wear the rozelle headband in the Super Bowl. He wore it in the NFC title game vs the Rams
My Hero!
Hooray for the Punky QB, he chides big pharma and touts Mother Earth's Mary Jane. Be well Jimmy, be well.
Dan Patrick "thank you man', LOLOLOL,

What was the movie's title ❓

One good season and every one thinks he's a great QB, don't get it.
I bet he has more SB rings than you do. Lol
He was a good quarter back.
He was a great qb. He also shared the backfield with an established HOF back. He didn't need to toss 400 yard games. He was a winner for sure
@quantum leap… watch the games.
