A Magimix (or similar) food mixer would change your life for the better. Drip/pour ingredients down the top funnel, and watch the consistency change in real time. Total preparation time about five minutes, with much less kitchen stink. Another tip - a little added custard powder adds an excellent vanilla hint.

You've found something how a lot of us do our paste. I'll be honest, I can't believe no one hasn't heard of this company. Do some other cracking stuff. So Kudos for you to doing it...also...same too for Nu Fish....you are involved with. no arty farty crap there. basic decent goods for the practical angler. By the way, I've always used Danish blue Cheese...might add in a block of Stilton now and again. And I also add in a couple of spoons of CCMoores Blue Cheese Powder...( I'm not promoting)...otherwise great video. I also would like to say. I've done hell knows how many types of Cheese paste mixes. I'm still using stuff pre covid that I've taken batches out from the freezer and take with me to the bank where I fiddle about with it and later refreeze, and do the same again...on the next session. I constantly muck about with mixes, have done for years. Never to old to listen to others and learn. I love my Winter fishing... absolutely love it, flooded and raging torrent rivers, dank, bleak and devoid of life...but swing a bit of cheese paste in on a crease....oh yeah...

Been using that base mix for a few years now. Definitely the best. I like the idea of using the soft cheese to alter the consistency, good tip.
It's good stuff. I've left mine outside in this weather and gone to check it tonight and it's still lovely and soft 👍
