Madam yeh fresh grated coconut and nolen gur se banyai jati ha. Nolen gur nhi ha to ohk but plz dnt change the fresh coconut thing. Hum gatte chawal se banaye ge to apko accha lagega ka. And mumbai me to nariel bohot milti ha.
When making a dish in a festive episode it should atleast look like the authentic one, it's about the emotion too, the pitha nothing looks like a traditional one, no Jaggery, topped with ghee and pista, looking like ravioli..... Not giving the pitha vibe.....
