- Hi everyone,
Clint and Kavi here again, Welcome to another session of Fishing Culture. Another beautiful day in Umkomaas, the tide was dead low ,fishing was a bit on the quiet side so Kavi and I decided that this was the perfect opportunity to catch some octopus that lay amongst the rocks. Enjoy.

Great stuff. I use a lot of octopus for bait and have been really productive when you clean the thick part smash it a bit and put it the other way around leaving the thin part hanging at the top also helps when casting
Hey Clent....yeh I also use that option as well..... I normally skin the leg and turn it inside out when fishing at night with octopus.

Hi great stuff , not sure if you aware of this , you can cut off the tentacles and release the octopus alive it will grow back its tentacles, no need to take the whole octopus if u don't need it.
