  • Make the cheese ball, put it in the no yeast dough and spread with the rolling pin! Pie with cheese in the pan or oven. Ingredients:
    500 g flour + a little more to sprinkle on the table
    A little salt
    3 g baking soda
    2 eggs
    330 ml kefir with 3.3% fat
    300 g cheese and 300 g Telemea cheese
    A little butter
    A little bit of oil
    In the flour bowl add a generous pinch of salt and baking soda. We mix. We add another egg and kefir. The acidity of kefir will extinguish the baking soda and will make the loosening. Framantam.
    You can add some more flour if it seems too sticky but you must get a soft dough (it's really good to leave it a sticky idea). Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for a while.
    Meanwhile, grate the cheese and cheese. It is good to use the grater with small mesh. Break an egg over the cheese and mix to obtain a homogeneous paste. You should know that the egg is not absolutely necessary, it can be omitted, but it helps the cheese to stay a little better coagulated. From this paste we form 6 approximately equal balls. We put them aside.
    Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. We shape balls and cover them again so they don't dry out while we work.
    Sprinkle a little flour on the table. We flatten a ball of coca, in its center we put a ball of cheese and we tighten the dough, without leaving holes. Then with the facalet, we stretch in a circle of 18-20 cm.
    The pies can be made in a pan or in the oven. If you want to make them in the oven, preheat it to 250 degrees Celsius in advance with a tray in the middle. Put the pies in the pan (a piece or two - as they fit). Depending on the oven, baking can take between 4 and 6 minutes.
    After deflating, grease them with a little butter.
    For the second method of baking, heat a pan over medium heat. Grease with a drop of oil, and put the pie in it. Let it brown then turn it over. The whole process takes 3-4 minutes. Grease them with a little butter. If you want to add more flavors, you can use melted butter with garlic and finely chopped herbs for this job, as we showed you for pizza with stuffed edges.
