  • The French demonstrative pronouns (les pronoms démonstratifs) replace a group of words including a French demonstrative adjective (ce - cet - cette - ces). They are: celui - celle - ceux - celles. They all agree in gender and number.
If used alone, they will be followed by -ci or -là: celui-ci - celui-là

Hey Dylane, I know you wanna help people learn French free of cost providing and making videos on youtube on every damn topic as long you are willing too. But I care for your channel. Make videos but take a break. Make less videos and choose your titles carefully. Don't keep on making videos 😔 grow your channels and views.

Thank you for your concern, that's very sweet. However from a business point of view, this doesn't really matter. UA-cam is a tool, not my business. My business has many different ways to reach people. UA-cam is only one of them and like I said, it's just a tool. I am doing perfectly fine with the size of my channel and the views I get ;)

Have the test today and just discovered this channel at 3am and I think I might pull an all nighter cuz this grammar course is TOTALLY WORTH sacrificing my sleep for , it’s literally my whole syllabus but taught simply and clearly , NO OFFENSE TO MY FRENCH SCHOOL TEACHER but I understand this way better , GREAT JOB , MERCI BEAUCOUP 💐🌝

@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane it was GREAT 👍 even though I got a few of the as wrong due to my stupid carelessness 🙄, ISTG I was gonna kill my self out there but overall your Channel is what helped me 😌😍, I got really bad marks in general before this but I’m confident about thsi test and very happy 😊 💖, and OH OH OH I watched ur whole grammar course in 35 minutes video 🤩 THAT WAS LIKE THE BIGGEST THING for me , it was literally so valuable🫡 , the most productive effective 35 minutes I’ve had in a long time🥹 , and after that I watched a few other videos from the playlist which I found a bit confusing and hard like the DE and À 🫠, and the Y and EN 😮‍💨, THANK YOU SO MUCH🥺✨ please make more videos like this 💝🥹🤧

I am a beginner in French but I know in English you can say “give to those who need it” or “these are my brothers.” It looks like this is a closer translation since these and those are demonstrative pronouns in English. You translated it as “the ones who need it” which sounds less natural unless you already mentioned a bigger group and “they are my brothers” which sound unnatural if you didn’t introduce them already. Very good videos though! I appreciate the lessons
