Thank you again for this lovely show of her back yard it is enormous looks like a park, and lake is nice. Like the feather and the gong gives it a special touch. I just wish I could be really rich to afford such a large area for a garden.

Oh Linda, this has to be one of my favorite garden tours, not only because the garden was breathtakingly beautiful, but because I got recalibrated by the conversations with your friend, Linda. Due to the fact that I am working on my 80th year, and I have only been in my current home for a total of 12 years (interrupted by the death of my husband of 50 years, and house-sitting for a friend in CA for 18 months while I leased my home to a lady who had no interest in gardening), I have been in an absolute panic to plant the garden of my dreams in every square inch around my little cottage. Somehow this garden tour shed much light on where I am. Hearing about all Linda's challenges and setbacks made me realize that there is a way to move forward, one step at a time, and while you are taking care of the new challenge, love what you have and enjoy it on a daily basis. Thank you Linda, Linda, and Stewart!

Thought part 2 couldn't get better - wrong.
When she said about the feather, I thought the spinner sculpture was what she was referencing - but then THE FEATHER. Just magnificent for all the reasons Linda stated and it was a brilliant solution to losing her oak.
    Also loved the survivor tree.
Glad you asked about the mosaics - I thought pet burial with Luke, and then Bible verses with Peter...
Thanks again to Linda L - just an absolute jewel of a garden - ALL OF IT!!

I enjoyed every minute of these last two episodes. You’re hostess is such a charming, and gracious lady. I wish I lived I OC. I didn’t know you were a Hoosier! How fun! Me too, grew up on a farm in south eastern Indiana, now just south east of Indy. I moved last April to the home I’ve wanted for 25 years of marriage, but the garden was just grass and just a few shrubs. So, I’m starting over and being more judicious this time. Your channel has been a tremendous blessing. I”m so inspired that I started a channel I’m going to call “how does her garden grow” to document the transformation. In just a year there is a tremendous change, but I’ve found lots of awesome pots on fb marketplace and started two topiaries ($2.25 boxwoods) and many containers. This has been a joy to watch and I decided to document after the first episode and now I’m really excited. Just have to wait a day or two “the heat” came early to Indiana this year. Much love ❤️

Extravagantly beautiful. I have 3/4 acre lot and a nickel and dime budget and it has been exhausting trying to fill in the open space due to the deer, rabbits and a weed whacking hubby who thinks that everything is a weed. I spend more time chasing him and the rabbits aways from my plants. You have created amazing garden rooms.

Linda 1 & Linda 2 oh my ! Linda I enjoyed the two of you bantering about plants and the discussion about instant gratification vs learning patience and enjoying the process. I’ve prayed and resolutioned for patience since I was in my 20’s and it has taken homeownership and gardening to Make me see that it is a process. Being driven vs being drawn…
This garden was definitely from the day lilies to the spectacular back lawn was like turning pages in a novel. The number of sitting areas and places to daydream - enchanting. Thank you for inviting us in.

Wow I'm watching this over and over. I'm blown away at how she can put certain things together that seem like theyd need opposite growing conditions like the golden jumiper (I think of full sun & dry) w oakleaf hydrangea (I think good shade and moist) and they seem to be doing great!!! And I wish I could ask (because I'm thinking of planting a northern red oak) how often the almost permanent garden layout needs to be rearranged as it grows, or can the tree itself be tweaked. And also HOW she sculpts her tree limbs to create those forms. Oh yeah, and for avoiding deer magnets, those hydrangeas seem to be doing amazing! Thank you for taking us here!
It's SUCH a nice December escape & really kicks that garden planning into gear! I'm definitely getting one of those magnolia trees! Thanks again!

OMG, Linda! WOW! I was awestruck by the front of this house and the incredible stonework, not to mention the landscape, but the back has just blown me away!!!! Oh, how I yearn for more information about the building of it and the transformation after Linda bought it. That would be one amazing documentary! I planned on watching about 15 minutes as I was taking a break from cooking, however, I could not stop watching. I don’t know that there is a word in our language to adequately describe this beyond beautiful utopian bit of heaven on earth. All this on one acre! The gardens, the stonework, the sculptures (especially the feather), the gong that sounds like the gongs the Himalayan monks ring as they are praying for us and world peace are all just such appropriate additions to this glorious space. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Linda and Stewart…and Linda Lambert for taking us on this incredible walk through a little piece of paradise. 💖😊🦋🕊🌹

Hi Linda, your book was just delivered and I headed straight to my garden to read it. As I read, I felt like you were actually reading it to me! It’s just as I had hoped it would be, down to earth, informative and with beautiful pictures! I’m also a self taught gardener, and ashamed to say, I don’t read gardening books and just fly by the seat of my pants so yours is an exception!
I’m happy that winter is over and you are focusing again on the plantings, etc. Also want to thank you for being so dedicated and reliable when it come to posting videos. I’m a vloger myself so I know how much time and effort it takes. Thank you! 🤗😀🌿🌺🌱

Hi Linda and Stewart and Linda another great tour. Stewart is doing an excellent job getting it all in. There is a lot to see. But he has been able to get it all in without making us dizzy. That is good camera work! I too have trouble naming plants in gardens I visit. It’s just for me an out of place thing. It was very generous of Linda to share her garden with us. I will be watching this again on my big screen tv. I have only seen it on my phone which doesn’t give me the ability to appreciate the vistas. Thank you😊 again. Take care of yourself Linda. You can lose your voice. A lot of tv people get laryngitis after Covid bc of the inflammation. Try to rest your voice. Drink tea. Talk to singers voice teachers they will tell you what to do. Dark chocolate tea with honey. 7a New York
