    You explained these type of squats very well. I love the editing, showing the two angles. Talking about the breathing really helps. Very helpful video

      Yea I learned about this move last year when I was having issues with my knee from wrestling. This exercise became popular with combat sports athletes because it improves knee health so much. Maybe ill do a separate video in the future

    That would be really hard to do because I’m so used to putting all the weight into the back of the feet with our traditional squats. You look like a pro doing that. Thanks for the great demo

      Ah yes it takes some getting used to to but it does wonders for the knee!

    Great video! I look forward to incorporating these into my workouts. I’ve been doing body weight squats, and different squats with dumbbells. Making it happen with limited equipment because I don’t have a gym membership right now. This would be a great way for me to switch up my body weight squats. Nice share!

      Thank you and yes these are great limited workouts. They really improves knee health and can condition your body especially if you are still training martial arts.
