Ingredients for 12 muffins:
225 grams of flour
0.5 sachet baking powder
125 grams of dark caster sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
100 grams of dark chocolate
1 egg
225 milliliters of whole milk
75 grams of butter
Also needed:
12 paper muffin cups AND
fixed mold for 12 muffins
