The three Faraa’ids (compulsory acts) of Ghusl(Hanafi) are: - * To rinse the mouth in such a manner that water reaches the entire mouth. * To rinse the nostrils up to the ending of the fleshy part. * To completely wet the whole body. When one performs these Faraa’id intentionally or unintentionally Ghusl will be valid. Prepared by: Waterval Islamic Institute Fyi, rubbing is not obligatory, but preferred.
I haven't performed Umrah or Hajj, but Khalil seemed to have a hard time. This is why I would do a group tour with "Hajj Pros" professional guides, based from Atlanta, GA. I've heard that they are on point and it is staffed by a young couple who are under the leadership of Imam WD Muhammed's community. Check out their videos or website.
When you do ghusul in the shower, I start off cleaning the mouth, nose as if you're doing wudu, then wash one half of your body, then the other, wipe over head thrice and lastly the feet, ending ghusul. I then take a regular shower using soap. There are some that use soapy water during the ghusul, but I'm not sure about that.
Also I do love this channel
