BEST $10.00 I have EVER spent!!!!! I love this tuner..... DEAD NUTS ACCURATE! Ranks right along with my 490 equal values on the tuner- I could not believe the accuracy- YOU REALLY WANT THIS IF YOU SET YOUR OWN INTONATION BUT DONT HAVE $800.00 for a Peterson 490!!!! A Friggin PLUS!

note: 'cents' do not refer to 'how above or below to the actual pitch' you are - as you say- but how many HUNDREDTHS of a SEMITONE deviation is occurring in the note .. just to be clear.

They do have an adaptor for connecting your electric guitar instrument cable to your phone or iPad.

you can get a irig or something similar and use to plug in your headphone output.

Nice but it seems that they crammed in so many features that it's a bit complicated. I'll stick with a clip-on tuner that senses vibration. I get excellent results with less fuss. I think this is a good example of where KISS should prevail.

also, I think the very small screen didn't help

Latest model is different. You will find nowhere how to start to tune your guitar. Manual tells you how it works :) for engineers not for bass players.
