Key should be 1/60 considering the blighted/key loot table is a 1/10 chance to proc and there's 6 different items on it. All in all very underwhelming and there's no wonder no one goes there to pk, why would you pk for any of that loot?
These chests and the Larran's Small chest in 15ish Wildy are objectively dead content. Literally no reason to ever touch them
