- My 2007 Harley Ultra Classic started giving me issues after over 100,000 miles. Instead of rebuilding it , I chose the more budget friendly way and bought used 103 from a 2014 Dyna Street Bob with 25k miles. After a ton of research it turns out the 2014 was a direct bolt in/plug in swap! The only thing I had to do was add an automatic compression release harness to assist with hot starts. I was able to use everything on the new motor except the can bus ECU. I was okay with that because I was able to have my OEM ECU tuned for the new motor. This was a fun project and I learned a lot.

Hey thanks man very helpful
:[Gratitude brother got a bent frame about swapping out getting ready to pull the 103 twin cam].
thanks for that video now i gotta get it done..
Thank you man,I pulled and replaced my engine using this video. Very clear and explained perfectly.
Awesome news, glad I was able to help.
Very helpful video. I’m going to be tackling my motor swap and this made me feel confident I can get it done myself. Got my Harley tuned at Thompson myself in Gardena. really good tuner 👌🏽👌🏽
Hey, how’s it going buddy I was watching you video. I also use Jean for my bike. He does a pretty good job. Since you have the 103 if you’re not into racing and you want a little bit more power what I did on my 103 are use the 255 Screamin eagle cam That cam comes in the Harley Davidson 110 Screamin eagle engine. It is a great highway cam and it’s expensive to buy when I did my first tune with Jean. I had that cam with the D&D when he was done dying on the bike. It put out 105 on torque and 108 on a horsepower. By the way, my hair support and polish as well.
Good one! I have a 96 on a road king classic this is a good video to have around thank you. I seen your notes and thought Holy shit I have a long lost bother! Ha. Now back to the cars?
Thank you brother! Yep, back to cars, I working on a 1969 Camaro as we speak
