Moonton doesn't want tank jungler meta to keep going on, so they decided to make it a pain for ALL tanks, even roamers, by making HP based damage everywhere
A very simple solution would be adjusting the retri damage so it doesn't scale on HP but rather attack power, but seems like they're still too blind to see that
true. I don’t know why moonton still hasn’t change the retribution damage on creeps from true damage based on the jungler’s HP to jungler’s damage type (physical or magic damage)
They patched it before
Most of Moonton's devs are brainless bonkers. I will never expect something game-changing from them when it comes to roaming tanks. Tigreal, Minotaur and Grock are the only 3 roam tanks that can somehow keep up in this meta.
Montoon has never been a good balancer as there has been numerous heroes who could deal Max HP based & True Damage damage in the game
@@lostnfoundbox4326, i would argue that Minotaur is also one of the roaming tanks that can keep up in this meta (Despite his very frequent bans), and it's pretty easy to explain why these 3 are still somehow meta. Tigreal is an excellent setter, no explanation needed. Minotaur is practically the same but the ult is easier to land and Mino also has a decent heal. Grock's main source of tankiness is Defense stat rather than HP (Specifically Physical Defense but that's probably not gonna help him this season because of the amount of magic damage... Also yeah Grock has decent-ish initation capabilities and deals decent damage for a tank)

They aren't killing Tank Junglers with this one. They are killing all Tanks and even Fighters instead. Reminder that everyone can use Impure Rage, even Mana-less heroes since it's going to recover HP instead. If they want to kill Tank Junglers, adjust the retribution damage and give heroes more damage penetration buffs and not more HP based damage.

Imo, he doesn't need a buff when there's that wishing lantern upcoming that goes with him very well for very obvious reason ofc and also with the upcoming sky piercer.that can instantly finish off squishies with his first skill at late game, what they need to buff is his lover or let's just say the range of her 2nd skill 2nd phrase

Okay, this is a good way to reduce the pick rate of tanks as jungler, but atleast give some damage reduction or defence for activated roam equipment, so tanks roam won't get as much damage as tanks jungler
Im a cecilion main, its been a long time since i used him because of item nerfs that affect his gameplay.
Hopefully next season I can use him again because of that changes.

Cod is not nerfed, its adjusted for sustain heroes like fighter mage/tank mage as it stacks defense.

Mages using impure rage will be part of the meta next season. I can’t wait!
But wasn't impure rage dmg originally base on hp way before the emblem revamp...but it was changed on the revamp and its changed again....or am i wrong?
Update : I've checked it, and yes, it wasn't a buff..it's just a reverted nerf they made on impure rage. The difference is before the whole emblem revamped the scaling dmg type was magic. But now the type is adaptive damage which enables heroes beside mage to use it...and its still a nerf cuz way back then the mana regen was 3% now its 2%

Also, I think they get this idea from League of Legend which is also a problem with that game but heroes there can be countered if you are strategic enough but in ML, It's not like that.

Ceci has one of the best survivability amongst mages because of how tanky he is when he ults couple that with his long range makes him super hard to kill when being used by a good player
Even though he's strong at laye game, he's still considered a below average mage because the early game is crucial for midlane heroes. Snowballing is a crucial part of the game so that's why heroes with great early game are preferred over him. There's a reason why aldous is not picked as much and why alice was revamped
