Glad your back, DWJ and happy new year! I don't think the freeze passive and sets are additive. I think they are sequentially checked with each getting Fearsome Presence individual. I'm not sure the order but it would something like 35% for the passive, then 25% for the Frost set then 15% for the Frostbite set. According to the in-game-info, same sets are additive with each other though, so you could get 30% sith 3 Frostbite sets then add FP to it to get 35%.

Hey Deadwood! I was wondering if you wanted to showcase a 2:1 dps demitasse heiress 1 key team with Anax. I didn't realize that a 2:1 could 1 key particularly with an epic and I only found out after making it. Just thought that info might be helpful since e the builds refs aren't too high for 2:1 deputes comps thanks
Would Tortura work keeping up the block debuffs in a double Demytha comp the entire run without worrying about the 3 turn/4 turn overlap? I have a 2nd Demytha I was considering building out to replace my MythEater, but its a NM 1 key, UNM 2 key so I don't want to waste the resources if that prob won't work. I'm not so great at the calculator other than making sure I am matching up the build examples you give.

Hey Loison Thomas, tatura works as brogni replacement in Demy,HK,Seeker,Fayne line up, In fact that’s my line up, 276 demy, 256 hk, 180 seeker, 169 tatura, 146 fayne. Make tatura A2 priority. Hope this helps!
I have this exact comp running and I have Tatura running as the 169 speed, as that falls right before tje CB turns once in sync (have a look at the calculator and you'll see). I used the exact speeds as shown on the comp, too. Don't forget to set the priorities! A1 as opener for Demy, A2 as priority. A2 As priority for Tatura or it starts swapping over abilities.
I got my first quad roll on legendary frostbite weapon with all rolls on hp% with taturas name on it :P. Just need an equally exceptional frostbite piece to pair with it. Also... taturas A1 animation needs to be fixed lol.

since when is the % to freeze from the pasive skill and gear % to freeze is additive?
It's not. Itll first see if itll proc your passive. Then the gear. Fearsome pressence will increase both of those values by 5% for better odds
Does the proc chance is aditive from the sets? Or is it calculated 3 time from a hit. With 6 pieces is it 30% chance to freeze or 20% 3 times?
