In the past, my face looked dull. However, I managed to achieve radiant skin, free from pimples and dark spots, by adopting these practices. -:
1. Drinking water at least 3 to 4 liters per day.
2. Eating carrots or drinking carrot juice every day.

We can also use retinol.
From what I can really say is we just only stick to simple skincare with cleansing toning moisturising and sun protection (morning only) as otherwise it can affect our skin barrier very badly. I know it’s easy to get hyped when influenced by someone digitally but actually they all consult dermats and propbably only use very little of OTC medicine or creams nothing negative just a general advice that we should only stick to simple skincare and don’t mix too many products..
Toning is absolutely unnecessary( no matter what skin type)!! God knows when you guys will learn

As it contains hylauronic Acid it works better on damp skin so avoid using it on dry skin. This serum worked wonders for me my skin started looking like a glass skin and I am being completely honest
