I bought a 12 pack of 4oz reusable bowls. That way once I get to the solid foods time I can put my food in the 4oz size container so I know I won't stretch my tiny new tummy!

Hello sweetie great video I had vsg in August 2019 I was 380lb it’s February 2021 and I’m now 220lb my top tip is when your surgery heals start exercising use resistance bands and concentrate on stretching and flexibility and tone as the weight comes of this will tighten the skin I’ve only got a bit of loose skin on my belly and a bit on my thigh but the rest of me is toned.love from the uk 🇬🇧
My husband and I had the surgery 4 months apart and I'm having a hard time comparing my loss to his. I really try not to because men and women are different.
Oh please don’t compare your weightloss to your husband, it will only lead you to be upset and feeling bad. Men are designed to lose weight easier and faster than women so naturally he is going to be losing faster. I’m sure you are doing great on your journey, the only comparing you need to do is the person you was yesterday and try to be better than that ❤️
No problem. Every one is different so your full warning may be completely different than what I’ve mentioned here but trust me, you will know when you feel like. Good luck on your surgery I’m sure you will do great!! Also check out my other videos, I have a lot to see. ❤️
