I'm excited. I just bought a white repair kit for the very same Giro Empires you used in the video. I always scuff the toes of my shoes so am looking to repair those and maybe find a differen dark art option for the toes in the future. One question is the Bicarb applied in powder form or wet?
@@jarpz8333 Thanks for replying ! Could I ask how you removed the logo? I have the same pair of giro's and one of the logos is scuffed so I want to make it fully white as well. Not sure if the paint will cover it completely
@@PavLeLive it’s not for everyone! Just for those who want to repair rather than replace. Depending on the amount of scuffs it doesn’t actually take long at all 😊
Great video! Thank you so much
I just got my Specialized shoes and I messed them really bad. This is going to save them
Forget my comment on the other video with the link specialized:-) I found this:-) thank you- this is great👍

Amazing would love to see the result! The bicarb is just mixed with the pva as it comes, you can also mix it on the shoe
Hi, between the vinyl glue with bicarbonate and Paintable repair filler by Angelus which is the best product? Why?
do you mix the glue and bicarbonate first or put glue on the shoe and them some bicarbonate?
After trying it a few different ways, I would put the glue on the shoe first and then mix in the bicarb 😊 hope that helps!
With the PVA and bicarb, how does this hold up on more flexible parts of the shoe?
did these shoes used to have the giro logo on the outer toe area? And did you just paint them over to become fully white?
hey! I think I removed the logo and painted over the area in white :)

@@svh93 sometimes the acetone will remove it, you just have to be very careful! Other logos won’t remove at all so I usually just paint over them 😊
Hey there! Very usefull video. I just wanted to ask what kind of paint do u use? is it an acrilic?
Hey! Glad it was helpful! It’s a leather acrylic paint so much more flexible than regular acrylic :)
@@jarpz8333 Thank you so much! I’ll try with my shoes! And thanks again for sharing this kind of content 🙏🏽
What type glue you use
I use PVA glue 😊
Honestly, I'm not sure if it is worth the amount of time to be spent. It might be cheaper to buy new shoes.
