I think I've been all over the UK. My personal favourites have always been little towns and villages in the South though. 😅 They are like toys, you know, "good old England". Actually, I loved Wales, Portmeirion, mt Snowdon. And Scotland, more gloomy, with character. Though most of the time I spend in Birmingham. The main attraction in the UK are the people, definitely. The selfirony! The social skills! Just outstanding 😄 Love you, guys!
There are many other interesting places going further north, like High Force which was featured in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. There’s Whitby, Scarborough and many other coastal towns up north, not to mention all the beautiful little villages. The whole of England has something to see, not just the south. We are proud to be from the north of England.
Ha ha well spotted. This person is just scraping images and video from the web. The narrator is probably just reading off a card and has never been to England. Note the map of "England" which is actually the map of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Poor video.

That first "English breakfast" wasn't traditionally English breakfast at all. It's not traditional to eat frankfurters and beans for breakfast in the UK.
If travellers are overlooking these destinations, they have done zero research on England. All are major tourist destinations. Birmingham is a strange place to put on a must see list! Canterbury, Windsor, Norwich, Lincoln, Durham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Worcester, Newcastle and Chester are much more interesting places. The beautiful counties of Devon and Cornwall should also feature.
County Durham is probably the biggest hidden gem in England, gorgeous countryside up there. It should be a pilgrimage sight for Americans what with being where the Washington family came from and it's their coat of arms that their flag is derived from.
Birmingham is not boring, lot of interesting places in vicinity. Dudley Canal & Caverns are certainly worth visiting. St. Michael's cathedral in Coventry is also a gem.
Oh how I miss England. Especially LONDON. Yet, I can’t afford to live there anymore. The cost of living has skyrocketed. My pension needs an extra boost of at least £4000 to lead a frugal lifestyle. So I’ll be moving to a country in Asia. My income will be enough for me to afford a modest living. Pensioners are suffering a lot these days in England.
State pension varies depending on how many years you’ve worked and paid into the system. Most people have private pensions too, so everyone’s pension can vary quite a lot and as such not all pensioners are ‘suffering a lot’. I’m certainly not.
