I remember seeing hundreds of walmaart trucks like that my favorite IH cabovers were the 4070 owned by Campbell Soup painted in IH red, used to see them pulling reefers, Wish I still had my toy Campbell Soup IH cabover
When Wal Mart had these they just looked a lot more handsome than the ones they have today. Glad to see there are some survivors still running. Many owner operators had one as their first truck. Wal Mart didn't like missed or delayed deliveries so they took care of them quite well. They need to make phones that silence that annoying wind noise.
O-H-I-O Porter greetings 🇺🇸 The Walmart trucks today look NOTHING like these! I have a 1995 model as well. I remember seeing an ad that some dealer had many of them for sale, but I just didn’t think too much about it. I sure wanted one though! Well, I finally drove by one for a while & then it was listed for sale one day. I called, test drove it & made an offer. Got it! Series 60 Detroit, 10 speed, still has the wind breaker & blue stripes. This truck sounds pretty nice & the fuel/water separator is located on the back. Is this t jack for sale, well, was it? Would be nice to have 2 of them! I’m looking around as I travel for another truck. Cabovers Rule! 🥰😎✌️
Wal Mart's maintenance was second best to none I've been told. They didn't like breakdowns as that meant delayed deliveries to the stores so they kept them well maintained.
I remember when they had these.. as a matter of fact , I remember when they DIDN'T have them.. 😳.. now is that old or WHAT !? 🤣🤣.... Trivia fact... Us old heads ( from my part of the Country) used to call Internationals " 13 letter 💩 spreaders" .... 🤣🤣
Who remembers when wal-wart had these?.
