    This is a History Mini-Series covering the desert near Ballarat, CA. So much history is overlooked in this area especially related to the 49'rs that escaped Death Valley through the area.
    Full series episode list can be found here:

    On this adventure, we tour the ghost town of Ballarat, CA in the Panamint Valley. This is where Seldom Seen Slim lived. Many travel by this location on their way to Death Valley, not knowing the history of the area.

    Looks like I'm going to have to help you out a bit. Charles Ferge aka Seldom Seen Slim DID take a bath every Christmas. Then he showed up at the town Christmas event for good food, friends and drink.

    Thank you very much for the awesome videos. I just found your channel while searching Goler Wash.
    I think it was the 2nd video of this series you were mentioning a truck sitting in Ballarat. Is it the one with
    the gray hood at 23:30? Just wondering. Thanks again for the very nice series & Regards from Ody Slim

      @EdwardCzajka  3 роки тому

      Ballarat was a mining town, but didn't have mining operations. There were many mining locations in the area though.
