Ain't there something I can give you In exchange for everything you give to me Read my mind and make me feel just fine When I think my peace of mind is out of reach The scales are sometimes unbalanced And you bear the weight of all that has to be I hope you see that you can lean on me And together we can calm a stormy sea We love so strong and so unselfishly And I tell you now that I made a vow I'm giving you the best that I got, baby Yes I tell you now, that I made a vow I'm giving you the best that I got, honey Everybody's got opinions About the way they think our story's gonna end Some folks feel it's just a superficial thrill Everybody's gonna have to think again We love so strong and so unselfishly They don't bother me so I'm gonna keep on Giving you the best that I got, baby They don't bother me, said I'm gonna keep on Giving you the best that I got, listen baby Somebody understands me Somebody gave his heart to me I stumbled my whole life long Always on my own, now I'm home My weary mind is rested And I feel as if my home is in your arms Fears are all gone, I like the sound of your song And I think I want to sing it forever We love so strong and so unselfishly And I made a vow so I tell you now I'm giving you the best that I got, listen baby I bet everything on my wedding ring I'm giving you the best that I got I'm givin it to you baby Giving you the best that I got Giving you the best that I got Giving you the best that I got Giving you the best that I got
B Sykes Beats A lot of musicians have certain tripods or mic stands that allow viewers to see the performance from a better angle. I would love to dig into software, preferably with a laptop. To be honest, the majority of the videos I've done were in my leftover time, very late at night, after numerous responsibilities during the day. With a wife and three children, getting an opportunity to dig in without distractions is a challenge. Things will get better. As far as tutorials, I need to be effective in presenting the music, and, given the fact I play by ear, there are more challenges in presenting techniques to musicians of different skill levels.
Thanks, again! I observe the presentations of popular songs by different instructors. Some are more helpful than others. I want to be effective. I'm taking notes.
Darius Witherspoon yeah i hear u for sure. If u play by ear (which is such cool skill) and therefore have a hard time giving the theory behing what ur playing, i think a loooot ppl online actually prefer that and get annoyed with over explaining of the theory and just want to know which keys to hit. Im not in that group of ppl, I looove understanding the theory behind the songs, but if i learn a song from somebody online who does not explain the theory, I am perfectly ok with that because i can always sit down after i learned the song and disect it myself and pick apart the thoery behind it. So, I'd say teach it however feels most natural to you (and of course u can change and improve ur technique over time) and the ppl who gravitate more towards that style of teaching will eventually start to come....and u dont need any fancy tripods, any gerry rigged type of thing that holds ur camera above ur keyboard will do. But anyway, i appreciate ur uploads and look forward to ur tutorials. I might just flip my screen upside down and put the video speed at 50% and try to learn from ur fingers in this video for the time being lolll
Thanks for inquiring. To be honest, it would be difficult to teach effectively, due to the fact I play by ear. Most tutorials require the musician to communicate chords and other forms of theory. The best I can do is demonstrate by sight, and allow you to see my fingers. Hopefully, I can get this done with a better camera setting.
I keep coming back to this, beautiful!
Thanks so much!
Congratulations....
You're the man!!!!!!!!!!
Great musician......

Thank you 😊
Ain't there something I can give you
In exchange for everything you give to me
Read my mind and make me feel just fine
When I think my peace of mind is out of reach
The scales are sometimes unbalanced
And you bear the weight of all that has to be
I hope you see that you can lean on me
And together we can calm a stormy sea
We love so strong and so unselfishly
And I tell you now that I made a vow
I'm giving you the best that I got, baby
Yes I tell you now, that I made a vow
I'm giving you the best that I got, honey
Everybody's got opinions
About the way they think our story's gonna end
Some folks feel it's just a superficial thrill
Everybody's gonna have to think again
We love so strong and so unselfishly
They don't bother me so I'm gonna keep on
Giving you the best that I got, baby
They don't bother me, said I'm gonna keep on
Giving you the best that I got, listen baby
Somebody understands me
Somebody gave his heart to me
I stumbled my whole life long
Always on my own, now I'm home
My weary mind is rested
And I feel as if my home is in your arms
Fears are all gone, I like the sound of your song
And I think I want to sing it forever
We love so strong and so unselfishly
And I made a vow so I tell you now
I'm giving you the best that I got, listen baby
I bet everything on my wedding ring
I'm giving you the best that I got
I'm givin it to you baby
Giving you the best that I got
Giving you the best that I got
Giving you the best that I got
Giving you the best that I got
🎵💯

You gotta do a tutorial on this! This is dope.
B Sykes Beats Sure thing! I hope to have the resources, so I can share the chords! Thanks!
Darius Witherspoon what resources? You mean the software that automatically shows which chords ur playing?

great song, and Nice Tempo Darius! Can you do a piano cover of this Oldies "I'd Rather Go Blind" with that Soulful Vibe? Thnx - MQ
Thank you so much! I'll check it out.
✊🏿
Thank you!!!
I love this vibe. Wanted to use this as instrumental because its the best version I found. But seems you cut out some parts😭. Still well played
Thank you very much. This was three years ago. I need to revisit this
Doesn't sound the same -piano sounds better to me .To each his own.
I gotta try acoustic piano. I'd create a bass track and some strings for background to complement the piano.
I need a tutorial brother

Darius Witherspoon that would be fine I play by ear as well !
Nice work Darius. I’ve uploaded mine already. Give me your opinion when you get a chance.
Thank you so much. I will. I'll subscribe as well. Thanks!
