I installed the JT 17-tooth sprocket this weekend. This is absolutely the biggest size that will fit, but it fit well. I ended up notching the cover around the top to get it to clear for reinstallation. Went ahead and put some blue Loctite on the bolts too. I only took one short ride around the neighborhood before I updated the sprocket, but it seems like better gearing to me now anyways. Good luck on your setup.
My teenage son just bought one of these in April. Very solid bike. He has 300 miles on it and the rear sprocket has come loose. It didn't fall off but it is definitely loose and the bolts will not tighten. I think the hub is probably striped out. Make sure you check yours, and ride safe! I will try to post a video when we figure out the problem.
On mine, the sprocket flange is part of a damper with four straight fins that slides right out of wheel hub. The bolt heads are accessible once you slide it out. When I put my sprocket on the rear, I put blue Loctite on the threads and tightened to 19 lb/ft. There should be some tabs that fold up against the sprocket retainer nuts to help hold them in place too.
If you are interested in gearing your Xpect higher than the front sprocket change will allow, I did some research and reached out to JTSprockets to locate a rear sprocket. After sending measurements (428 chain pitch, 58mm center hole, 78mm bolt circle), they pointed me to the JTR810. I got mine installed today and it makes a considerable difference. The 38 tooth rear that I chose is a little too high when combined with the 17t front upgrade, so I will be dropping the front back to the 15t soon. Hope this helps.

@Robert B thanks for the info. I will probably be installing the sprocket in the next week or two. Enjoy your bike 👍

The 15t/38t combo worked out pretty well.
Thanks for the info. Bobby. This definitely helps 👍
