I’m pretty sure the smallest you can get in any smash bros game is in smash for the Wii U. You have to do the smash bord and need to have mini smash (everyone is small) use an item on the bored to make you smaller, and then in game pick up a mini mushroom

i know this is an ultimate video but i remember in smash 4 there was a custom move for palutena that made her lighter.
That was literally called lightweight, and it’s just Hero’s accelerate with a debuff at the end of it. So worse accelerate.
