A few points for clean up of the install: - fuses off the starter solenoid, you will want to protect the circuits at the closest point to the source. Fire risk - put a grommet in the hole through the firewall that the wires go through, the wires will chafe through the edge of the hole eventually and cause a short. Fire risk - you will need a blowdown tube to vent the bottles burst disk outside of the passenger compartment, required for tech inspections at the track and good practice if you are driving on the street. If it vents off while you’re in the car (collision) you’ll end up gassing yourself and the passengers. - the arming switch for the purge button is unnecessary, if you want an extra switch it’s fine and it fills the panel I guess. You could just piggyback from the arming switch. - the ground wires would be better placed under the dash, less moisture exposure and less wires passing through the firewall so less corrosion risk. Nitrous is the gateway drug to power adders, my friends and I started installing nitrous in everything until the cost and hassle of filling the bottle felt like a drug addiction payment plan. Then the superchargers and turbo installs started.
Be sure to read the timing line/indicator on the sparkplug strap. Visually inspect the plug for shiny specs on the porcelain and verify the timing line on the strap. Plugs tell the truth! 👍😎
But that only works if you have new plugs in 😅 Right now my timing line takes up pretty much the whole strap because of all the testing and tuning I had been doing over the years 😂
Ive got the rear set up to were both wheels spin even with the open diff. 🙂 That road is just so dusty the marks dont always show up, but plenty of video showing it 😁👌
That Cutlass had uneven compression when you took that shot of it starting -- at least one, maybe 2 very low holes (hard to tell when the starter spins so fast).
Got a question if you can help dont no anything about nitrous if i need wet or dry etc. doing a roots blown supercharge efi big and ulgy injector hat 16 injector an 8 injector plate between hat and supercharger and a hogans custom intake with 8 injectors built on it what do i need every set-up on youtube is about carbs do i get a nitrous plate and sandwhich it between my injector plate up top or what do i do wet or dry any help will be appreciated thanks
@@dewaynemitchell3931 since you have an efi setup you could do it either way. Dry system: you just inject nitrous either with a plate or nozzle. And you add the extra fuel using your injectors. Wet system: you add both fuel and nitrous using either a sandwiching plate or nozzles. You can add the nitrous either below or above the blower, I would probably do it above the blower myself just for the added cooling affect.

Well considering I've already gone through a full bottle of nitrous like that without issue, I'm going to have to say you are wrong 😂😂 You can't argue with results 🤣

About as SIMPLE of an install as it gets! If your just trying to hook up a quick Nitrous Plate kit, this is a great way! Nice job man
Thanks I appreciate you taking the time to post this.

Granny shifting, not double clutching like you should, you're lucky that 100 shot of nos didn't blow the welds on the intake. 😂

VERY nice setup. You may want to install a mini fuse block next to the starter solenoid, just to be safe.

You need more jewelry.
Eventually lol
Looks like you have a lot of rubber hose to switch out for NNN. lol

Pain in the ass.....lol
I thought you always hook nitrous to a throttle activated switch and shifter buttons are for line lock.....unless your in a movie...

You can hook the nitrous to whatever you want, no rules say you can't 😉
