  • Eggless Chocolate Walnut Brownie
    This my trade mark recipe.

    Ingredients:
    Milkmaid (Condensed milk). . . . . . 200g
    Maida 150g
    Coco powder 3 tbsp
    Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
    Baking soda 1/2 tsp
    Butter 90g
    Brown sugar 4 tbsp
    Walnuts 50g
    Milk 3/4 cup
    Dark chocolate 90g
    Vanilla essence 1 1/2 tsp
    Method:
    Sift maida flour with coco powder, keep it aside.
    In a warm milk melt dark chocolate.
    Add butter, brown sugar, Milkmaid, vanilla essence and mix well.
    Add maida and coco powder and beat it till you get smooth batter. Beat it in one direction.
    Add Walnuts, baking soda and baking powder. Immediately pour the batter into the greased tin, and bake it in preheated oven for 35mins.

    Mam chocolate sponge receipe

      Baking powder....1 1/2 tsp
      Baking soda......1 1/2 tsp
      Salt... 1/4 tsp
      Vanilla essence...1 tsp
      Oil....1/2 cup
      Sugar ...3/4 cup + 2 tbsp
      Yoghurt.....1/2 cup
      Milk...1/2 cup
      Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degree Celsius for 20 mins

      Mital Chheda fondant I prepare at home. The recipe of Rolled fondant is shilpascreations.blogspot.ae/2014/05/rolled-fondant.html?m=1
      Store it in airtight container, and it's self life is 6 months, keep in fridge. Whenever U want to use, keep out from fridge, let come to room temperature and then use it.

      Take small portion of white fondant, make a long plain rope. Insert two toothpick on both end. Now make a rectangular shape and keep aside for dry for few hours.
