The punta cana group does not own nacional. Maybe they own the land where nacional is at. But the supermarket belongs to Centro Cuesta Nacional.

I think you will feel better at the barrio.
The DR is a free country, and you have choices. Perhaps consider ARBNB at Cristo Rey, Capotillo, Gualey. I hear they have a nice freshwater pond "el Posito de Gualey". Just buy yourself a case of Presidente beer and you will have one hell of a great time on Sunday after you take the Teleferico and enjoy the panoramic views of the Zinc Metal covered roofs found among all the shanty towns. I am sure you will feel right at home there.
But you know what, don't have to go too far, just head over nearby to Fruisa in the Bavaro area, where you will enjoy, hearing and dancing to the rhythm of Compa Music while enjoying the taste of a very well-seasoned freshly caught BBQ Cat. Yeah, man you will feel right at home in any of those places. I don't want you to be like a fish out of water at this 7-million-dollar mansion. Leave it for me and my family. Believe me I will be thinking of you while suffering the pain of loneliness while surrounded with such luxury.
This people are crazy..7 million dollars for that house...with 2 million dollars I can build a bigger and better house them that and a better area...this people think they are in Miami, California

Thank you! So if you “rent” in Punta Cana Village is your access to the resort, etc dependent on the owner of the home you rent?
You get a renters card and can use it to get into the resort. It’s required that you have a renters card whether the owner wants you to or not haha. That’s what we have. A renters card
