Fun fact: I was required to tone down my descriptions of Hunter handiwork. I was told they crossed the line into slasher movie gore. xD
I am curious, what did you do to immerse yourself in the lore of TCTD? Did you need to talk with Massive to answer q's?
That is surprising considering the "scenery" of the DZ in Div 1 Survival mode.
We need more slashers in this game.
Just started playing this game six months ago, I'm gonna have to fire up my Kindle and dig into these books of yours!
@@sneakystabbalot6735also curious about this
NGN has talked me into buying every Division book there is in paper back. I’ve only read the very first one lol but I’m definitely going to keep the tradition alive and buy this one too ❤️
The audiobook version of recruited and compromised are great. I’ve just started reading “reading” them so I’m ready for hunted. There’s some neat tie ins between the books and the seasons comms that NGN has pointed out
Totally! So nice to see the connection. Also Mia Barron did an excellent job on narration.
Thank you for a lovely review! We of course think Thomas Parrott did a bang-up job on all three books in this trilogy!
Nice video 😎👍🏻
About time someone included the obvious basics needed to survive. I'm writing a novel myself about this, set in the division universe, purely fan-fiction, but I do cover the necessities needed to survive, clothing, food, water, weather, contamination, the need to keep clean shaven, ammunition conservation, spare weapons parts and servicing them, I've limited use of SHD tech and I've purposely limited the items in the team because the majority are unrealistic to field, supply and service during operations, they do not make any sense outside of the game where they keep regenerating for the player, the effects of operating in a non permissive environment on the human body etc etc.
As much as I enjoyed these newer Tom Clancy’s game tie-ins for Splinter Cell and The Division. I Really wish we could get some tie-ins set in the other Tom Clancy’s game franchises.
I am fairly certain I said this on one of your previous videos but so glad to see Thomas get this opportunity and that the novels are being recieved well. He did an awesome short story for games workshops warhammer 40k and it was a shame to see what they did to him before he got his chance to shine with a full novel there.
These three books were so amazing. I listened to them on audio book. It was just so deep in depth of the division and I couldn’t believe how it ended.
I had no idea this was book 3 of a trilogy. Ill have to go back and listen to the first two. Such an amazing and emotional ride. Was nearly in tears during the final act.
Firstly, my only complaint is its taken me this long to read the book. That said, I just finished Hunted and wow...just wow. I had refrained from watching this video until afterwards to hear your take on it and I'm glad you share the exact same feelings as me not only about the book and the trilogy, but also about the author and wanting him to return for more. This picky, diehard fan 100% approves.
Can't wait to read Hunted. Loved the first 2 books.
I love these videos of yours ... I think I need to get the books as you made me very curious now 🥰
I just finished the trilogy in a few days and i have to say i loved the series, not only as a companion to the story unfolding in the game but as a standalone, it was excellent. I loved these characters and without spoilers, if they end up being introduced into the game I'd be over the moon. I love how it further adds to the idea opening up in the game that "going rogue" isn't as black and white as we once thought. Recommend it to any fan
I haven’t gotten around to reading them yet but given I can’t play atm, perfect time to read them
Definitely an interesting review video. Thank you. Makes one want to buy the books.
I fully agree with NGN's opinion of the book series and highly recommended them myself. I will also admit there were a few times in the first two books that didn't seem, for lack of a better term, logically sound decisions.
Now looking forward to Hunted even more. Although it's not like I didn't have it on preorder as soon as it was announced. 🤷♂️😆
Parabéns Agente seu trabalho ficou incrível 🏆👏🏻.
Você nos trouxe algumas menções do livro muito bacana e interessante.
Sempre quis adquiri-los, mas não tinha uma iniciativa.
A partir do seu video me incorajou a lê-los.
Amo a Franquia The Division...A loor é algo fascinante.
Damn I need to finish reading recruited and then onto compromise.
Agreed
In less than week... we're gonna face The Recruiter, i cant wait.
Optimized central nervous systems over [future] round propulsion systems…
Thanks or this got it pre-ordered and cannot wait
I've enjoyed both books 1 & 2 and have started book 3 - Hunted. My only confusion in the audiobooks are the mispronunciations between the audiobook and in-game pronunciations. The most obvious is ISAAC but just got a lovely new version of Sokolova. Would love to know how that happens when reference audio pronunciations are readily available in The Division and The Division 2. The book is narrated by Mia Barron and she does a fine job; I'm assuming this is an issue of QC or production vs the narrator. Perhaps someone can shed light.
Im so glad a 3rd in this series is coming
That will be five books all with some good game tie ins
(Spoiler kelso is useless in them too) 😅
Fingers croosed on the book Hunted. I really hope that there will be a happy ending in this trilogy.

If i wanted to get in contact with the narrative director of div 2, how would i do so? I have a few questions I'd like to ask her
I've tried for the short film I'm directing, no answer on several attempts
@forwardghost_ I started writing a few years ago, and I just want to ask her some questions about how she got in this position and what it's like, but I've had the same problem. She recently said she'll be off Twitter for a while, so I can't contact her through there. Good luck with that short film, though!
@divjesus thanks! It takes place in a world where the Dollar flu never happened... but the corruption of the government and that cabal still exists.
Arr these new DLC how do I access this
We need Division 3 so u have plenty of options for new material. Long drive to work.
Where can i buy these books?
