My Bosch was almost the same but I couldn't really pull it out so I used a plate and it was a very slow process. I found money and an elastic band too. Ridiculous design but another useful video to help anyone struggling with this issue. Thanks.
So I have a Hoover. I replaced the water pump and housing as I thought this was the issue. Pipes leading to the drain outside is clear. Still water isn't draining. Any ideas?
I have a Hoover washing machine DST 11146PGCH-80 Front loader, I got an E03 error so checked the filter, no blockage, changed the pump, removed and cleaned all connected pipes and I'm still getting an E03 Error, when I try a program, the machine seems to stall at the spin cycle (giving the E03 error every time) . . . I have searched the internet for an answer and my mind is fried now. read it could be the motor, the bushes, the door lock, etc etc. I was just hoping some one might know here. thx in advance.
Same thing for me..everthing is very clean when I checked underneath of the washing machine and checked all the pipes inside. Its very clean and there is nothing there but still when you start it just make sound but doesnot rotate its just drain remaining water always.

Thank you, take care. 😊
Why would you not put towels in front of the washing machine ?
