Forgery is a criminal act. The court should register a police complaint. But it is not happening because the registry, judges and lawyers are involved in such illegal act.

Bar councils are dealing with professional misconduct. They cannot deal with criminal acts like forgery, cheating, frauds. When lawyers indulge in such crimes bar councils are dealing with them and allow them to escape. Judges and lawyers cheat common people.
