I own a Sougayilang telescoping rod, Shakespeare GX2 ( 4 piece) rod and a Okuma VSS-S-1004H 10' surf travel rod. For the size of rod, price and portability, the Goture has been great. The Okuma is a very nice rod as well but is double the price of the Goture.
