Keith, I just discovered you & this video. You had me in tears from laughing so hard. My cat was inspecting my face in an attempt to figure out what was making me wheeze in my silent laughter, LOL. I'm HOH & grew up in a deaf family with 2 younger sisters (1 deaf, the other hearing). THIS IS SPOT ON. It's exactly how my parents handled us when we did that to them while driving. Thank you for giving me a fit of wheezy laughter.
lol, I just got funny looks because I'm watching this in my ASL lab, and I just burst out laughing during the last few seconds of the video. Well done!!
This is a great story. Although it's abou a Deaf parents reaction to backseat disturbances, I know some hearing moms who would have to confess to similar behavior.
hahaha ur so right about us hearing drivers...but i'm still learning so i hardly take my eyes off the road (no cell phones...now its illegal for a minor to be on a cell phone while they're driving in virginia unless they're talking to like a parent or something....)
' hi keith... good acting this on TV show... my leg did drove a steering wheel while i was ASL with a passage before... can be risk if accident... careful
What's funny, is I've been in a car as a hearing person with a deaf person driving at 70mph while having a conversation and the deaf person texting her husband. O_O
I wish I could have seen the REST of this bit!
