you can use smaller moulds to make them less sweet. maybe try an alternative chocolate too.

We used to drizzle and coat the container then use a large mallow on the stick put that in and pour the remainder chocolate in and they were delicious x

Not sure if you’ve tried it but candy canes as the stick works well too, gives a peppermint taste in the hot chocolate too 😊

I would use some Dairy Milk and some Dark Chocolate to even the sweetness out.
What about using crushed up candy canes as a topping? I love having a candy cane inside of my mug of hot chocolate.

I love this idea Becky. I bought those big molds to make these last year for Christmas but ran out of time to do it. Great tip about melting the chocolate too. Going to give it a try again. It makes such a great little gift or surprise at the dessert table. Perhaps crushed candy canes on top would be an added idea or using a candy cane instead of a lollipop stick. Love the bags with the little platform bottom to help keep the shape of the chocolate cube. 💕🍫💕
As soon as I saw Christmas I couldn't get my finger quick enough on player great idea Becky even any time I saw theses in the shops at Christmas and they were exspenive and not good quality chocolate thank you hope your all safe and well ❤ xx

I've had a go at making thing's like that but the smell of chocolate makes me feel sick even though i can eat it ok. Great idea. xx

Can I mix melted chocolate with a little bit of unsweetened cocoa powder to make the hot chocolate more intense and dark?
Or it wont work and harden as it should?
I think it will be ok Lainy, You could try it with melted dark chocolate first and see if they are ok or then add some cocoa if not strong enough?

I like really dark hot chocolate (flavor and color) and sometimes chocolate bars alone wont do it when melted on milk, but I'm glad I've found your video ♥️ it's a great idea and reeeaaally cute as a Christmas souvenir for friends, neighbors and co-workers (tho our Christmas is a hell hot summer here in Rio de Janeiro 😂 but still a good idea!)

Morrisons, it is maybe a little too big, any smaller size would do but i would use a silicone one to help turning out.
I also added some crusted up peppermint candies.
How deep in size are the trays

😂 I'm used to it now however, The kids want to go to cadburys world when it opens, I'm not sure I'll cope wandering around with all that chocolate though 😂🙈
